I loved this game......Gamecube didn't have Pyro

 

I loved the game. Hate to tell ya but Pyro was exclusive to the Xbox

i did love this game, pyro and the extra stage were alright.. didnt justify buying the game just for that though.

i just wish iceman and colossus were added to the game, there always left out.

would love to see an updated version, lets at least hope for a huge roster this time for Nemesis 2

Hmmm... not to go off topic, but what happend to that other marvel fighting game? The one that the level environment was somewhat huge and gamplay video showed Captain America and Hulk fighting. Is that game coming out or is that scraped?

 

i've never even heard of that one....

 

I looked it up. It got canned. That and no more EA-Marvel fighting games. So I guess no more Nemesis 2.

welp, thats new news at least... sucks.. but then again Nemisis was the worst marvel fight game of them all... had great things like big environment and destructibility, but there character designs sucked, and the moves were sooooo boring and easy. not to mention the roster was very very small

 

Was it that I sucked or did some of the characters were unbalanced? I remember playing Daredevil and another person was Iron Man and I got my ass handed to me fairly quick and easily.

 

ya they were severely unbalanced... yet... could elektra and ironman really go toe to toe with ironman and magneto and win? no... so i didn't mind it. though thing was extremely weak (and had 5 fingers) wolvie sucked, and anyone versus that amazon woman (the 2nd to last unlock able) sucked

 

Yeah, Marvel Nemesis was really unbalanced, but it was intended that way. And I didn't really mind, it was actually more fun that way because you had to work harder to take down Iron Man with characters like Spidey. And after spending some time to learn the controls, the battles were a lot of fun.

My only complaints are the small character roster and the lack of moves, otherwise it was a decent Marvel fighter. Too bad to hear that the Next-Gen game got scrapped.

 

ya, i would really like a game like it again, with accurate looks, bigger roster with no made up players, and more moves...
