For me, Storm is too much like the cartoon version of her from the 90's cartoon. She just stops short of speaking to the planet when whipping up a wind or rain "winds, let your force cleanse their evil nature" - man that used to piss me off. In the comics she is always about the speeches about tolerance and what it means to be an X-Man. And musing about her warrior spirit before firing off a girlfriend like comment about sisterhood or something. And people think Scott is anal...

Bishop annoys me cos of his persistant military attitude, but trying to be all loose and comfortable. He was much better when he was more stoic. Now he just doesnt have one personality. Half the time hes cooking and making jokes about "ooh, you dont wanna get in the way of Storm when she's like that". And the other half he's countermanding leadership decisons and thinking he can do whatever he wants cos "he's a cop". And those guns? Great viewpoint for the public - big mutant dude with great honkin guns... I know they're supposed to be for directing his channelled energy better - but isnt the point of the institute to learn how to control your powers to use them for the greater good blah blah? He should have learned that in his future at the academy - and he did used to.

Kinda like now..other than Darwin and Warpath. But they took away and apparently killed(off panel that is) both Cecilia Reyes and Maggot. Storm married and went to live with her boo(Black Panther). Bishop is off being pro registration. Sunfire is gone to be a sinister lapdog...who'd i miss?
