X3 in the press - The Official Magazines thread

ok.. so still no word on an official movie magazine for X3?

My mom works Downtown and said that she was in Borders, I think, and they had a magazine that had Wolverine on the cover with the words 'X-Men' on the top in silver.... she saw this last week. Went back today to get it for me and the lady told her they were all out and that they were a special thing for the movie..... I cannot anything else about this online.

Has anyone heard of this or gotten it?

MAD Classics shreds Wolverine and X-Men, pokes holes in the original Poseidon Adventure and says good riddance to Malcolm in the Middle and The West Wing! Plus, Howard Stern, infomercials, AOL and much more!

I don't think one is coming Psionic.

I am still holding out some hope..... :(

Went to a comic book store today and they were giving those emusic cards, or whatever they were, away. The ones with Jean, Storm and Rogue. Thats it.

I checked the last 10 pages or so and couldn't find this...

She was barely in X3. I don't see the hype for her.

Nice cover.Thanks Ashlocke.

She had 1 minute of screen time before she was ashed by Phoenix didn't even get to use her psi blades.:down

There's a ton of coverage in the new Entertainment Weekly:

-report on the opening weekend box office
-photos from Cannes and a spoof conversation between Hugh Jackman and Al Gore
-a comparison picture of a truck exploding in MI3 and Magneto flipping the truck in X3 (under the headling "Is it just us?")

And the non-Wolverine fans are going to love this one...but they did a Top 10Most Powerful film character list, and yep...Wolverine was #1. They were taking into consideration X3's opening weekend, and the upcoming spinoff.

FYI, the other 9 were: Harry Potter, Spiderman, Shrek, Robert Langdon, Jason Bourne, James Bond, Jigsaw, Bart Simpson, and Medea.

Rising 'most powerful' were Superman and Batman, not so rising were Darth Vader and Hannibal Lecter, falling completely were Jason Voorhees and Ethan Hunt.

X-Men 3 star?And only 2 lines?What a waste of a great character:downGreat cover, nevertheless.

 doesn't look like her at all. She looks better in magazine pics and in the film than in normal photos.

Off topic... is anyone else having issues getting emails from this site? Now all the emails are going into my spam folder because the from address is [email protected]
