What number toe is it? (1-10, Left to right)

I think I've hit the top, but it's hard to tell as the whole toe is swollen. There's nothing a doctor can do for a toe is there?
Not really. I didn't even bother to go to the doc for mine. I broke the index toe I guess, the one right in the middle. The most they would have done was tape it to the next one. I found that if I stayed in shoes, I was comfortable enough to just wait for it to heal so long as I didn't run or jump around.

Sucks :csad:

As Squeek said..I don't think there's a whole lot a doc can do with these unless the pain is unusually high.

If it does get too much just break your No.2 to divide the pain...while keeping your toes in equilibrium

*gets the nutcracker out* Shall we begin? :D

My toe is extremely bruised looking today. It's a nasty shade of red and is so sore to touch.

Yup, it be broken. :p Like I said, try not to go barefoot. My bruise took about three days to go away and most of the tenderness will fade also. You'll still have pain for a while though -- even though my toe looks normal now, I still get warning pains if I push it too far and it's been a coupla weeks. It takes about six weeks for a bone to fully heal.

The current climate isn't helping. I had to walk on thick snow and dodgy ice just to get into the office. Thank God it doesn't snow often here.

I had to cut out a lot of my gym routine for a week or so. I'm better with it now, just gets achy now and again. It'll get better in a few days. :)

One week of snow. I'm sick of it, novelty worn of a long time ago. Snow on Xmas day once a year is fine & leave it at that, thanks.

For me it snowed the week before Christmas, and the week after, but not during :cmad:

I only like snow when it gets me out of having to go to work. So far, that hasn't worked out. :argh: I say ban snow!

oh.

apparently i only resurrect this thread when i'm drunk or when i need a bigger post count. :csad:

anyways. i love me some of that snow. :finland:

we're literally drowning in snow.

We need an update on jak jak's toe injury. :p

It's still hurting everyday, thanks to the snow. I'm walking on uneven ground, plus the temperature is making it ache more. It's still swollen, but no longer an abnormal colour... just a little red.

Snow is over now right?..please!! :csad:

I thought we were getting over it by Tuesday morning, then it began to snow again in the evening. Yay for today's rain! Now it's all slushy and half-washed away.
