The truth is Times Square is horrible during any time of the day or night. In the day you're forced to walk through the streets cause all the tourists are looking at the flashing lights and tall buildings.. so if you want to get anywhere you have no choice but to walk through the streets.

At night you have to contend with all the hoods who stalk the Virgin Megastore, the footlocker, the AMC theater or the numerous restaurants late at night. On the other hand watching the Israelites scream at people is pretty damn funny.

Oh by the way... there used to be this hot hot club at the top of the Mariott... my friend used to DJ there and the place was sweet. It closed and is now an observatory.
