Sequels yes or no, honestly is there going to be an X4?

i've seen all of the movies and i saw the stuff after the credits and i know stuff in the movie alluded to a fourth movie. I also know about the spinoffs, but does anyone know for sure if there will be a fourth x-men?

Only if the spinoffs perform... if it is made it will be with an entirely new cast and a drastically different story... not referring to Sinister or Apocalypse... just that it will have a disticnt flavor to it and will be loosely based on X3...

interesting....thats cool that there will be possibly be new ones but my loyalty lies with the original trilogy....guess will just have to see how the box office plays out from here...

Why would there be an entirely new cast when most of the original actors have already said they would come back?

There should be another x-men because hea, they did well in the box office. Possibilities besides the spin-offs of magneto and wolverine could be the continuation of the phoenix saga, or maybe even the apocolapse saga.

I think that X4 is going to be Zak Penn's upcoming "Young X-Men" 'spinoff'... besides Storm and Beast (since Wolvie is out and has his own spinoff), it's just the young xmen left. I think that story-wise the smartest thing would be to have X4 and Young XMen be the same.

Money... if the spinoff's don't do well... FOX will **** over this franchise... if they still think they can make some $, then it will be made... but the idea of reuniting the cast is a bit of a stretch... I could see maybe the four young Xmen coming back (Bobby, Rogue, Kitty, Collos) and maybe Beast but that's about it...

hell yeah there's gonna be sequels ... there's plans on making at least 6 or 7 spiderman movies...thats 1 man .... how they gonna cut xmen short to 3 movies...it'd take 10 just to introduce MOST of the MAIN CHARACTERS and VILLIANS and get their storylines straightened out. but i'd be happy with at least another 2-3 and some spin offs.

Well, if they recast, they won't make nearly as much money. Recasting kills sequals. Period.

I can't see why the X-Men can't be like the Bond movie franchise, so much to tell!

2nd that. im not sure about the spinoffs. i want to see them first. but i would love if we just keep going and going....that would be awesome!

and thats awesome about spiderman! he's my second favorite (with Xmen being #1 of course)
