Transformers Your favourite Autobot in the movie?

The only one of my personal favorites that made it into the film was Ratchet. But I liked all of the Autobots in the film to be honest.

I like Ratchet in the comics, but i didnt think much of his movie counter-part, he was the Autobot i liked the least in the movie. I still hate the fact that he abandoned Jazz when Megatron arrived.

I think Jazz was buying Ratchet and the humans time to get away from Megatron. You hear Ratchet call "It's Megetron, fall back", then Jazz activates his weapon to take on Megs.

^True, but then Lennox shouts "fall back" in Jazz's direction, so Ratchet must have known Jazz had stayed and took on Megatron. Jazz did a heroic thing and died for it, its a shame Ratchet and Ironhide didnt take a leaf out of his book.

^Jazz was simply amazing in the movie, despite having quite a small role, possibly the smallest of all the Autobots, yet he did more and made more of an impression on me personally than any other Autobot in the movie.

Its a real shame we wont get to see him the movies again.

I know what you mean SKE, the more i watch the movie the more i find that Jazz has a big impression on me also, his compassion for Bumblebee, along with his bravery and heroics are awesome in the movie.

I know i keep saying it, but the scene were he stands up to Megatron once he sees all the helpless humans behind him, and were he must know he has no chance of victory, is a subtley powerful scene that gives me goosebumps everytime. It actually makes me hate Megatron when he rips him apart also.

Even though i voted BB, i LOVED Prime as well, even though his appearence was altered, his attitude, nobility, and concern for others was spot on, and he was probably the character most faithful to his cartoon/comics counterpart.

But that would be unfair to Prime wouldnt it . Anyway, the others are all doing quite well considering who they are up against. Well, with the exception of Ratchet.

Cant BELIEVE Ironhide has more votes than Jazz, especially when Ironhide **** himself when Megatron arrived, yet Jazz stayed right were he was and took him on.

Yeah, but I love the way Ironhide gets annoyed with the humans and wants to solve problems by blasting the crap out of everything. For me it was between Ironhide and Jazz, but I ended up going for Ironhide.

My list:

1. Optimus Prime: The most powerful, and most revered of Autobots. His quick disposal of Bonecrusher shown his power, and despite being owned by Megatron there is no equal.
2. Bumblebee: Probably has the most screen time of any TF, although I question his power over Barricade.
3. Iron Hide: His firepowers, that leap over that woman to dodge the missiles, and funny one-liners made him a stand-out.
4. Jazz: He's rather funny, but died a quick death and you don't feel bad for him because he has next to zero development.
5. Ratchet: Don't remember too much about him, except his line on Shia's hormone level.

Just a shame he didnt do that to Megatron, had he stayed and helped Jazz, he may not have died, but him and Ratchet ran away like *****es.

Agreed, i dont see how Ironhide is so popular, he acted tough all movie, but when he was actually faced with a challenge, he runs away, leaving his comrade, who is half the size of the enemy to fight Megatron himself. Not to mention he also crapped himself when faced with Starscream or Blackout. How is that a popular character please?
