I hate my brain. I hate being such a confident independant person on the outside, but covering up this scared, pathetic, anxiety filled, depressed, terrified of failure, over thinking and over complicating every thing, kind of person.

Why does everything have to be so difficult for me? Why can't I just deal with normal life situations in a calm and completely rational and confident way?
