Comics 2008’s Top 5 X-Men Wish List

I have issues with the White Queen of the Hellfire Club as a heroic character. I confess - I have read very. very little GENERATION X so I don't know how gradual her change in personality was, but her actions as White Queen should have made her irredeemable. Also, I want her away from Scott as possible.
Emma as a hero makes sense. The thing that changed was her original students dying. After the sentinel attack, she went into a coma only to wake up and find out that her students were gone. She stayed at the X-mansion for a little bit and then the Phalanx Covenant story began. All the X-men were gone and replaced with Phalanx who were out to target teh next generation of mutants. Emma, along with Banshee, Sabretooth and Jubille, worked together to stop them. After that, she refocused her life and wanted to continue to teach young mutant children and Xavier moved his School for Gifted Youngers to her Massachusetts Academy and let her be headmistress with Banshee acting as headmaster. She was very human during her time at Gen X and did good by them. Unfortunetly when Morrison wrote Emma and now Whedon, they had her regress to ice cold b-tch attitude, something that she had grown from. The Emma we've seen since joining the X-men has been very arrogant, b-tchy, and often times emotionally unattached. I guess that would work with how she was when she debuted, but like I said, she moved on from that

I want her away from Scott as well. I admit that that the writers have handled him better this past year but when those two first got together, she wore the pants in that relationship, with him being her little b-tch, letting her do and say whatever she wanted without questioning or putting her in her place. That bugged me to no end, but slowly, he's gotten his balls back and not letting her walk all over him
