Dear Bill Polian,

Thank you for handing us a chance to get into the playoffs and now a chance to get to the Super Bowl.

Sincerely,
Rex Ryan

Great catch by Collie, but I still fear that my Super Bowl prediction of Vikings over Colts isn't going to work much longer.

The Colts need to step up in the 2nd half

What they need to do is score here. They got it. Looks like we'll have a game in the second half.

What the hell is Caldwell going for 1 for? He is far too conservative.

Nah, Colts should still win this. I fear the Jets blew their load too early and now the setting is perfect for Manning to come back and win. Its like something Archie Manning wrote himself.

If Colts lose tonight, colts fans will have a field day with them forever for not going to Perfect season!

And if Colts beaten Jets last game, the Jets may NOT even make the Playoffs!

Caldwell should've never been named head coach IMO. He's made several bad decisions throughout the season that made several of the Colts 14 wins a lot closer than they should've been (8 of the 14 were won by a TD or less). If they lose this game his bad decision making will really be underlined. Irsay and Polian put Caldwell in, pretty much for the sake of having a poor man's Tony Dungy in terms of coaching style who really wouldn't shake up the status quo too much. They put in a puppet coach for Manning, essentially. What they needed is a coach who can really shape and build his own team as opposed to maintaining Manning's team because he's not getting any younger and once Manning is gone its all over.

I agree that Caldwell's definitely not Tony Dungy (who, in retrospect, was a great builder of teams, but not a great playcaller), but it's still a little too early right now to bash Calwell, although right now he's certainly playing second fiddle to management and Manning. His team has a lot of young talent, especially on defense right now, so we'll see how he does in a few years and how he manages Peyton's eventual retirement.

I definitely agree that he is WAY too conservative, like Dungy. I would have gone for two at the end of the half.

what a game...im sweating my ass off here...This is some intense stuff...Jets gonna get the ball in the 2nd half first. But this is going to be one helluva finish

No, Colts were winning against the Jets, when they rested their starters!

BIG Mistake!!!

same here, it looks like its going to be a photo finish

Best highlight of the game thus far is Rex Ryan running down to call that time :lmao:

Too close to call right now. Indy needs to ditch the run game.

So, Jets, how about the Dolphins beating you guys Twice??!

:whatever:    :argh: :down

If Caldwell wants to beat the Jets, all he has to do is wheel out a buffet on his sidelines....

Ryan: "Chicken wing 27 left BBQ ribs 5X Pizza right"

I can't even comprehend the amount of irony if the Jets lose because of missed FG's.
