I wanna know who Tampa p[lans to use as a QB. They ought to trade for Sanchez.

I like Raheem Morris, I hope he doesn't draft Josh Freeman...because he will be fired next year.

As long as the Bucs don't draft Freeman at 19, I could care less what "we" do.

I'd prefer the best DT available at 19 or best WR available, but you just don't know what could fall into your lap.

That being said, I'd rather go into the season with a sensible pick at 19 and Luke McCown under center than taking Freeman, especially with the lack of a 2nd Round pick.

I'm glad the Steelers are apparently getting him back. Having Leftwich and Batch on the roster makes me feel VERY secure about the QB position this year... And the season in general, so long as they can tighten up the O-Line and replace Bryant McFadden.

Scott Pioli still loves his Linebackers old as Zach Thomas will be playing for Kansas City in 2009.

That's a stange place for Zach to land. He's one of those guys looking to get a ring at the end of his career, so if that's still the case then KC isn't exactly an ideal situation, but the best to the man.

I think Kansas City could be the Baltimore Ravens of last season. I think the divison is wide open.

I think it depends on what kind of trade they can make for him. They should trade him for a 4th or 5th rounder. If nobody wants him, he'll probably stay put.

Jets making a play at Miles Austin... wil cost them a second round pick if Dallas does not match. I am hoping we match their offer it any.

That gives Tampa Leftwich, Griese and McCown, I think they'll be set for at least a couple years before needing to find a QB of the future rather than taking a risk with Freeman.

Will LJ play for KC next season?

He says he's commited to making it happen this season and be back in the fold of top backs, but it's still Larry Johnson the malcontent. He moaned when Priest was over him, he fussed about Herm, he even blew crap at Joe Pop...freakin Joe Pop.

Probably means Freeman will be playing in the Meadowlands next year.

And they may have a QB of the future in Josh Johnson

Since the Jets's draft pick is two picks before the Bucs, this had no impact on his chances of ending up in New York.

The best scenario for Freeman is to go to Indianapolis in the first, a team where he will not be asked to start for 2+ years.

I have heard that Indy was looking to draft a backup to Manning since they don't think Jim Sorgi can be Matt Cassell.

You think they'll take him over a DT? I see Freeman falling to the late first round, early second round where a team like Jacksonville, Seattle, or even Minnesota might take a chance on him.

Yes, I think it's possible. Freeman, should he fall past New York at 17, could be a very real option for Indianapolis.

On some...most days Jim Sorgi is a bad Jim Sorgi and shouldn't even speak of a real Backup QB, yea COLTS are lookin toward the future with this draft.
