Man, can someone sign Graham Harrel please. Poor kid.

If Harrel went to Hawaii, and not Texas Tech, he would have an NFL Job.

Isn't that right Colt Brennan?

The Niners should sign him too. Heck, if it worked in college it could work at the Pro level right? Right? RIGHT?

In terms of 2009 impact, Cassel > Stafford.

You may be right - but no one would trade Stafford for Cassel. No one.

Well maybe Josh McDaniels, but no one else.

The only reason you are likely right about this is that Stafford probably won't start until Week 8, while Cassel (if he beats out Thigpen, which is an if) will start Day 1.

They gave Cassel 36 million guarenteed; hell be the starter. Stafford wont take the field till 2011 after Culpepper is a pro bowler this season

Like Norms said, the teams improved. Culpepper knows the offense, has lost 30 lbs, shold have more time to throw, and is primsed to hit up bombs to Calvin on a regular basis.

Actually Cassel doesn't have a long term deal yet.

Culpepper may not even start the season if Stafford continues performing like he has been in practice.

Stafford's Smarter, Faster, and more Athletically gifted.

It will be hard for Culpepper to keep him on the sidelines.

You really have no clue what you're talking about ever. Wow.:csad:

Like when I said Chris Johnson would outperform McFadden, Miami would make playoffs, Roddy White would be pro bowler, ect. before season

It's been refuted.

I know itsd Culpepper but Staff hasnt played a down and just got into that o last week...thats not true at all. Not yet anyways.

Stafford IS Smarter than Culpepper. Culpepper has a better handle on the offense today...in May...but it's not at all a stretch to say that Stafford will have a similar control of the offense by August. A lot of the schemes Linehan uses were used in Mark Richt's offense in Georgia.

I give it to week 3 or 4 before Stafford gets some snaps. I'm kind of expecting a Cleveland QB situation to come about. The fans can't stand the losing, so they call for the new guy. I'm not predicting him to be the constant starter yet, but I think he starts seeing some time.

Culpepper has not handled the Stafford selection well, IMO.

He has refused to talk to the media during the off season and, as of rookie camp, had not called Matthew.
