Go ahead and bask in the heat. It wont be so comforting in San Antonio.

That wasn't an offensive foul Garnett definitely fouled Wade and that smack to Rondo was very easy to miss. People making excuses for the Celtics smh.

One thing is certain...

The Lebron choke lives on.

The Heat have definitely been getting some favorable calls, and it has been showing. ESPN's going to have a field day about this tomorrow.

No one said that, but being as we are discussing this particular game, it is the one relevant to the conversation.

It was a great game on both sides. It is just sad to see the refs play as big of a role as they did.

But this discussion comes up everytime the Heat win a game. It's just tiring to read.

I'm not making an excuse because I don't care. I only watch NBA during the playoffs as I have no real horse in the race. It is just sad to see a great game so profoundly impacted by the refs.

It's sad that the refs have to come into play in close games like this because both sides play great.

He kicked him in the stomach! Even Van Gundy who has been verbally ******ing the Heat all night called shenanigans on that one.

He also said, it was definitely a foul. Selective hearing is not what I expect from you Matt.

I don't care which team wins or loses, I'm just starting to get really damn tired of seeing the refs decide the results of a game. This wouldve an entirely different ballgame had Rondo gotten that call. I've seen really screwy officiating in more than half of the games I've watched this postseason and it really is stating to make me sick.

Damn Rajon Rondo! Never seen him make so many jumpers. He lost his mind tonight.

For sure Skip Bayless is going to terrorize the Heat on his show.

Wonder what Stephen A will say...Probably how the league ****ed Rondo over.

But that doesn't mean it hasn't happened in these past two games. The Ts in the last game were out of control and this game in particular, any incidental rub against LeBron was called where as a smack to the face and kick to the stomach were overlooked. The refs did a really s***ty job tonight. You as a Heat fan should be just as mad because it will take focus off of the win and what was otherwise a spectacular game.

I think most people agree that the T's in the first game had minimal to no impact in the result of the game. The refs do a ****** job all the time. It only seems like when the Heat win it's "The refs gave them the game". I mean, it reeks of sour grapes. I'm not talking about you specifically.

Darth, I'm going to say this: will the Heat have won? I believe there was a good chance they would have. Not 100% sure but there's a good chance. But there's something seriously wrong when EVERY TIME the Heat play, the refs are brought up. There's is indeed a ref problem.

The number of whiny ass pansies in this thread is incredible. Funny how this garbage only flares up when Miami is involved.

You get whistled for looking at one of James Harden's beard hairs, nothing. Manu Ginobili runs full speed into an apparently invisible barrier and is suddenly flung backward, no one cares. Boston has beaten people up with no calls since 2008, big deal. However, let the Heat get the slightest of benefit from a missed call and the fury of one thousand Similac-starved infants comes blazing from all sides.

Grow the **** up.

Rondo has improved that jumper so much...They thought about trading him at one time...

He also said, it was definitely a foul. Selective hearing is not what I expect from you Matt.

But if you listened the whole way through he said it comes down to what came first and from that side replay it was pretty obvious that the foot touched before the hand.

Likewise. The NBA refs should take some lessons from the NHL refs. Let games be played. I'm not saying that they should not call anything. I am just saying that not every little bit of contact against a star player needs to be called. Every time someone mouths off, you don't need to blow a whistle for the T. It won't happen though. I find that with the NBA, more than any other professional sport, the refs get free passes from the media. Probably because basketball is such a high scoring game and it is hard to narrow down one play or bad call as the tipping point of the game. But tonight, the noncall on Rondo and then the offensive foul that was called as a defensive foul...it is going to be hard to not focus in on those and really scrutinize the refs.

Well there's always been a ref problem, just ask LastSunrise.

It's only a problem when the Heat win. And this is going back to 2006.
