Have you ever traveled from Coast to another let alone half way around the World? It's not like west coast and east coast and a 3 hour time difference, you're talking about a 8 hour time difference?

Yes I've traveled to Europe, and I did it flying coach.

From Georgia? Traveling from the East Coast to Europe is like traveling from East to West Coast. That's why they talk about strategy when west coast teams have to play on the east coast. Lot of these players run on routines. Having to acclimate to a new time after losing 8 hours, practice play and then travel back home?

I really think that the travel problems are overstated. You hear it every year in the playoffs. Analysts make a big deal out of an East Coast team having to go to California. Like they're the Donner Party or something.

It only makes sense if: A) the NFL was starting over or B) they move either the Chargers or the Raiders.

Moving the Jags or the Bills does not and you're putting a team in LA just to put a team. LA is Laker town and always would be. Putting some cast off team in LA isn't going to make existing fans of any other sports franchise drop their fandom. It'll take years for a team to get over.

NFL would work out the schedule to make travel less of a burden.

If the 49ers had a game at London for instance, they'd likely play a game on the East Coast the week before that so they'd only have to fly 6 hours there, and then most likely have a bye the week after (or another East Coast game).

It would likely work in inverse for the London team.

Fans can adapt to that type of transfer. But don't tell me, that LA will become a epicenter for Jaguars fans if they moved and become that popular of a team even in it's first few years there.

And no offense to Brooklyn but it'd take a championship for them to even overtake the Knicks. And even after that, NY is still Yankees town.

Yeah not sure how a team in one sport is prohibited from being successful by an existing team in another sport anyway? Especially the NFL which is leaps and bounds more popular than the NBA.

My point with bringing a team to LA is some people believe that it's going to automatically take off. Forgetting the fact that there's probably a lot of fans already into the Raiders and Rams and the rest a mixture of other California teams or transplants from other cities.

How did the Jets do that? They released him. Players get released all the time. It doesn't make them the bad guys just because it's Tebow. He's no more entitled than any other player.

I'm so happy for Tebow...would have preferred the Steelers, not a Patriots fans..but glad to see him get back on his feet with a real competitive Superbowl contender. That's really exciting.

Nothing comes to mind. He was a back-up. If he was talented enough to play he would have.
