It beats the alternative

At least they don't have to stop or delay the games for commercial breaks. The NFL sold itself out long ago. It's the nature of popular sports.

The Jags are on the rise

Remains to be seen. It's Jacksonville. That's like saying Buffalo and Oakland are on the rise. While there's talent, you're skeptical when someone says "They could be a dark horse this year".

It was simply to illustrate the point of logos being on jerseys, not to engage in another pointless football/soccer pissing match with those among us that have raging inferiority complexes in this country.

Not to mention Soccer is played with a running clock that doesn't have in play stoppages. If the game itself dictated commercial breaks like football does, they'd have them.

NFL is proposing moving KO's up 5 yards to the 40....

Yeah, I won't watch the NFL.

we'll get a higher draft pick with a better record? Glad you agree the universe loves us.

Saw that coming a mile away. Why would he go to the Cowboys instead of Seattle...

He's kind of a return specialist who has not been as amazing the past few years but is someone who can make something happen out of what people would normally think are nothing plays. He is somone that has to be accounted for on the field when it comes to kick-offs otherwise he will burn you like toast.

jared allen officially to seahawks.... NOOOOOO! But good luck to him, as I Vikings fan I have nothing but respect for the guy.
