@AdamSchefter
Reggie Bush and 49ers reached agreement, per sources. Bush back in California.

Oh, that's some juicy irony since the 49ers boards were at war with fans wanting the team to tank at the end of the '05 season to draft Bush. Has anyone seen him play in the last couple of years? I haven't, and I'd like to know if his speed is still at the same level that it was since the 49ers need speed at the skill positions so desperately.

he's had some injuries but every now and then he will have a highlight play showing off speed or quick footwork to get by someone

Thanks for the response. If he can give the 49ers a couple of decent seasons, I'll be happy with the signing. I know he got a lot of heat for not being a typical feature back, but I'll take playmakers over specifically molded players any day.

According to ESPN, the Eagles have now signed 10 former Oregon players this offseason.

I'm not going to question anything that Chip Kelly has done this offseason. He seems to have a plan and I'm interested to see if it works out. Last time I questioned something like that was when Pete Carrol announced Russell Wilson as the starting QB. He basically shoved my opinion back down my throat.

a lot of crow was eaten for that by many a people

It wasn't too surprising to me. If anybody followed his college career, it was obvious that his leadership traits, football IQ, mobility and delivery would translate to the next level. The biggest concerns in my opinion were his size and vision/accuracy from the pocket.

@AdamSchefter: Former Broncos and Patriots QB Tim Tebow is working out today for the Philadelphia Eagles

Tebow, be a tight end. Give it a shot. College QBs become WRs sometimes.

But man, if a Philadelphia Ducks team led by Bradford, Sanchez, and Tebow win the NFC East, I'll be dipped in s*** and rolled in breadcrumbs. Please happen, football gods.

Chris Borland just retired. Holy...the Niners have officially imploded. Or maybe this is just he exclamation point.

And they deserve every bit of it. Not the fans, but the ownership and rest of the idiots who thought getting rid of the first good thing they had seen in a decade was a good idea.

The Curse of Harbaugh.

They might as well trade Kaepernick and start fresh. Without a defense, Colin is gonna be relied on to carry the squad and he's not mentally tough enough for that.

I don't agree that Kaep isn't mentally tough, but I'd understand if he requested a trade. I don't blame any Niners player who wants to jump from the sinking ship right now.

Kap just isn't all that good. Unless he finds a way to land at an elite team, he won't be doing much winning next season.

Bro, Colin has Twit Fights. The guy is incredibly insecure. He's NOT mentally tough.

I don't know or care about what players do on social media. Kap has made some key plays in tough situations, and that's enough for me.

I'm going to miss that passion. A piece of Harbaugh died every time the team lost. That attitude rubbed off on the team.

Also, that's how I looked watching the SEC Tourney this weekend. :woot:

I can't remember the last time management completely running their team into the ground like the Niners have.

Washington has been doing it for so long, you almost can't tell they are doing it. There is also of course the Raiders and Bucs after their Super Bowl clash at the start of the last decade.

In not shocking news...Moore wants to re-sign with Miami and Miami would like that, but Moore wants ''market value'' at around $4M a year...and well, his options of starting anywhere are limited considering...

And though Moore might want one last chance to prove he can start ‒ he was the team’s MVP after replacing Chad Henne in 2011 ‒ the game of musical chairs might have left him without a seat.
Mark Sanchez re-signed with the Eagles, who also traded for Sam Bradford. The Rams got Nick Foles in return from Philadelphia. Josh McCown joined the Browns. Brian Hoyer is a Texan. The Bills traded for Matt Cassel. And Houston shipped Ryan Fitzpatrick to the Jets.

Still the Titans...Dallas needs a back up I think still...so yeah, think Moore signs 3 years at 9-12M (3-4M a year) with Miami. Gonna retire a Dolphin I bet!

Yep, so is Bill Belicheck. How did that turn out?

Hubris is deadly in the NFL.
Considering Belichick just won another Super Bowl and has 6 total, I'd say sometimes going against conventional football wisdom works in the NFL.
