Damnit, this answer is way too reasonable. I was hoping you were fighting ninjas or killing undead Wildlings.

Im pulling for Atlanta - out of conference loyalty (Im a Giants fan), Matt Ryan has always been a solid fantasy QB for me and I just have this feeling they are going to pull it off

I think you could be right. Hotlanta has been on an offensive roll like I've rarely seen. If they can get out in front, I think they have a good shot. Their defense has been pretty good at least during the playoffs. They get out in front and just come after you with the pass rush. They're fast, but if they have to stay on the field for extended periods, they could get into trouble. They fight fatigue by playing pretty deep; sort of like Denver last year (but without the monster impact players). Nothing would surprise me in this game. Either team could win rather convincingly or it could be close. To me, it's like "flip a coin".

No TO is hilarious, just because you know he will react.

Im a snob

no ring, no hall

just how I am about it in this era

I wouldn't make an all-time great player getting into the hall dependent on having a group of outstanding teammates and getting to/winning a particular game. We can point to a lot of people who were never on a Super Bowl winning team who belong in the hall. There are some dead lock 1st ballot players (inc linemen, CBs, LBs, O-line, etc.) who never won a SB. It's about being a great player. If they want a special wing for those who won one, fine with me.

Say what you will about Jerry Jones, but he did things that revolutionized the NFL.

He didn't do too bad in last year's draft either. I'll bet that guy is a straight up party dog.

Dak Prescott wasn't supposed to start, much less play this year at all. The plan was for him to sit behind Kellen Moore and Tony Romo and then in 2017 compete with Moore for the backup spot behind Romo. Moore got hurt and so did Romo and he got thrust in there. When Romo was cleared to play again, he conceded the starting spot to Prescott.

I know all about that. All I was saying is they had a Moe Foe of a draft and, for that matter, have for the last few years....and I ain't no Cowboy fan.

It was pretty clear in the pre-season and, if you believe what the Cowboys were saying in the press, that as soon as he was on the field they felt they had a pretty special QB. He certainly wouldn't have beaten out Romo, but could have definitely beaten out #2.

I remember people saying if the Cowboys could go 4 and 4 with Prescott until Romo was back, that would be the best case scenario. Clearly Prescott wasn't listening.

I laughed my butt off when I heard that Kurt Warner got into the Hall. The HOF is supposed to honor the best of the best. That means a player should be one of the best in the league at his position for the majority of his career. Warner was brilliant for his first 3 years in St. Louis and resurrected his career in similar fashion in his last 3 years in Arizona. Between those brief periods of greatness were 5 years where he couldn't stay on the field, and was often awful when he did play. It's ridiculous to call him one of the best players to ever play.

The HOF voters are a joke.
