My eyes hurt. Only 24 can make me cry like a baby and then stand up and shout in excitement 5 minutes later.

Russia can shove it. I hope we get either a movie or a 10th '12 episode' season, where America pays Jack the respect and due for everything he's done by rescuing his ass from that ****** country.

Also, Heller was a champ. That quote was tragic, my grandma had Alzheimer's... it's a cruel disease.

If there is another season, I actually wouldn't mind if they came back to Los Angeles for old time sake. Maybe start it off in Russia for the first 6 episodes, then do a time jump 12 hours later to L.A for the final 6.

He was more than solid... considering when he was cast I was underwhelmed.

Freddie Prince Jr was fine IMO and I would like to see him again. The main one I want is Agent Pierce though.

Anyway a really good finale to a great season. The only thing I didn't get was the first 50 minutes time wise as they took a lot of liberties for example Jack drove from London to Southampton in 10 minutes when in reality it would take over an hour and took Cheng a good 30/40 minutes in the last episode and I may have missed something but how did Morgan know where Audrey was?

But that doesn't take away from the emotional thrillride that the episode was. Bauer like always kicked ass and somehow did badass things we havent seen (that goddamn cleaver! The sword wasnt bad too). But still we've been through 8 and a half goddamn seasons give the guy SOME happiness to cling to!

Jack is normally the core character that gets **** done and moves the plot along and makes the show how great it is. He's also the rogue that goes opposite of the governments orders when necessary I cant see how you can follow other people breaking him out as it would be quite dull wouldn't it? There's not really anyone who'd go so far against the law to break him out other than Chloe.

This is the only scenario in which I would approve of a Kim return. Don't bring her in on the action or anything, just let Jack reunite with her and his grandchildren - one of whom he hasn't even met yet. I don't even care if the series doesn't end on that note, maybe more stuff happens afterward, but I feel like Jack deserves at least that moment after several years as a fugitive and now Russian prisoner, especially since he earned a Presidential pardon this season that makes this scenario entirely possible if he can just get home for a minute, lol.

I have to think the producer/writers/Kiefer know that there is a season 10 or they would have not done this........Kiefer did say not everything will be wrapped up neatly like a bow

There's not really anyone who'd go so far against the law to break him out other than Chloe.

While we certainly haven't seen her go that far, Kate definitely showed signs of being that "f*** the rules, I need results" kind of agent this season.

I count Redemption in with Day 7.

And, any season that respectably had webisodes or DVD extras.
