24: Live Another Day - Part 2

Yeah everything in the promo points to
Audrey getting it

So it's not going to be that person then?

Critics and ratings seem pretty solid, there's a pretty good chance we will have another season

If that is the case, i hope Cheng survives. It sets up any further seasons perfectly.

And i hope Mark isn't given immunity for what he has done. :cmad:

They haven't announced anything so people better prepare if this is the end. If this is the end, it just seems so anti-climatic to not have a final 2-hour finale.

Mark isn't going to get anything if he survives. He only went with Jack because he still had a bit of value to help the situation. I think he ends up in jail or dead by the final episode.

So they released the SDCC 2014 TV schedule, and for some reason there's a 24 panel again with the cast...even though the show ends next week. Promo for the home video release or something else?

(yes, I'm asking this question secretly hoping it suggests they're planning to announce an order for another season/event series)

oh hell yes, please...

Loved Jack and Kate sweeping the mansion! :D Mark surviving his attempt to right his wrongs is interesting, I thought he'd end up sacrificing himself. Jack's face when he heard Chang's voice was telling.

No one can match Chloe's sulk face and I loved her busting outr some pipe-fu! :D

I think Kate will bre the one who dies saving Audrey. :(

Maybe it is interesting that there SDCC date is July 24th

If it's up to Heller, i say he's not getting anything. Heller told him he will be tried for treason before Jack stepped in and said Mark could be of use. The jerk is getting his! :yay:

We can only hope! :woot:

I'm getting that feeling, but at this point i'm not ruling out anything. They insist on surprising me this season lol

I doubt that. If anything it's the other way round. Assuming the shot of Jack crying in the promo is due to the death of someone, it's more than likely either Audrey or Chloe that will bite it next week. Kate and Jack have more of a professional camaraderie at this point, not a romantic one, so her death wouldn't cause him to break down like that.

Plus, Audrey's heart to heart with Jack on the phone pretty confirmed that she's probably the one who's going to bite it come Monday.

From their press release it does sound like it's just for the Blu-ray/DVD release, but I wouldn't be surprised if something else is announced.

10:00-11:00am – 24: JACK IS BACK at Comic-Con, DAMN IT! – Kiefer Sutherland takes the stage to celebrate 24’s most iconic moments and highlights of Jack Bauer’s triumphant return in 24: Live Another Day.

Catch the exclusive sneak peek at highly-anticipated Blu-ray and DVD featurette, “Worlds Collide,” illustrating how the pulse-pounding storytelling was created for this thrilling new season.

Screening and discussion moderated by Executive Producer Jon Cassar to be followed by fan Q&A and more. Ballroom 20.

I agree with Audrey dying next week. It looks as if Kate fails to save her and Prez Heller collapses from the shock.

The main reason why I think it won't be Audrey who dies is because it would echo all the other deaths like Terri and Renee. To be honest I think it might be Mark. Chloe or Kate. The President is a maybe but I think more or less it will be Mark to push Jack and Audrey back together.

I only would take Jack's death by not knowing it's the "final season" or what-have-you.

It'd be crazy if Fox was all, we'll let you have 12 more episodes, but Jack dies.

they ain't gonna off Jack, there's too much good possibility for a tenth season...

Deep down, I want and ultimately know that but if they were going to off Jack...

i'd rather see them pull the rugs under us, than lead up to 'Jack's final stand' in a marketed 'final' season.

and there's a possibility of MAYBE a theatrical movie, though I'm kinda conflicted as to whether I want to see that or not... it's one of those "I DO, but then, I DON'T"... depending on certain things...

Season 5 was one of my favorites. Enjoyed the heavy involvement of Aaron Pierce.

I miss Aaron, he was a good ally for Jack that Jack could trust...

It's 24's stock in trade, they like to pull a swerve. :D

The obviousness of it being Audrey is why I don't think it'll be her. The shot of Kate seemingly too late to save her and Jack looking upset feel like a misdirect to me. I do think Helkler is in the coffin with the flag and Jack will get Chloe a pardon.

Yeah Aaron was the only character I felt that could and should have come back.
