Maybe if they did like, some sort of forensic hand writing analysis, but I imagine a guy like Mark has probably learned to do a pretty good copy of Heller's signature. I mean, school kids can forge their parent's signatures well enough to fool a teacher, it wouldn't be a stretch to think someone who's been around the president for years, seen his signature probably thousands of times, could do a decent copy.

Maybe but wasn't that Russian dude giving that signature a eyeball? Maybe he suspects and probably would sell Mark out consider he's screwing with them

& the timing of when the Russians got those papers would show that Heller did not know at that time that Jack was around

Wow just found out the show was filming in my city tonight in the UK (at the Southampton Docks) nothing like that ever comes here! Presuming it's doubling as London.

I know to us it feels like a long time, but these events are occurring mere hours of each other. There's no way to really know, unless they really go digging, what time Heller learned of Bauer and what time the signed paper made it's way to the Russians; especially on a day that has been full of terrorist acts.

I would imagine that the papers were faxed to the Russians & that stuff normally has time & date received etc. If they just take one guys word on it then thats stupid

The timing could be proven, I agree, but it's a moot point because Mark could say Heller forgot anything he likes. Mark could make the claim he told Heller about Bauer, and then he signed the document, and forgot the whole shebang. It's thin to be sure, but there's no way to disprove it unless Mark outright confesses to be a sneaky jerk.

If only they knew someone who was good at getting confessions from people... ;)

But Audrey was there when Heller found out for the first time Jack Bauer was in town. I really dont see how Mark can say Heller did it. He will get hell from Audrey & risk everything with Audrey if he tried it. Audrey will clearly never believe Mark. Because as I said Audrey & werent other people in the room when Heller found out about Bauer ?

Yes, but who's to say he didn't find out prior to that, and forgot about it?

Holy crap, I had no idea how many awesome people were in this season. Tom from Damages, Stephen Fry, Yvonne Strahovski, John Boyega and Catelyn ****ing Stark as the big bad? Yes please. I'm only a few episodes in, but it would have to be a really awful season for me not to finish it with this supporting cast (and so far it seems decent).

Not thrilled to see Audrey back, though. Oh well. At least it's not Kim.

Wouldn't people question why he would hear Jack out & let him go back on the field for a mission & before doing all of this he agrees to hand him over to the Russians ? Especially without talking to Audrey ? He seems to confide in her about certain stuff. The lie Mark would have to make makes no sense. Hellers condition or not. The way hes been handling the Jack Bauer situation makes no sense with what Mark would lie about

^ that's all valid if you're a smart, rational individual. But there's some dumb ass people in this series! i mean look at that British PM and MI6... they totally ruined things last episode :cmad: :hehe:

The British PM found out about Heller's Alzheimers. He's aware that Jack's a murderer. He saw Jack with an unconscious Kate.

I don't really think his decision was that silly by this show's standards lol.

Anyone stupid enough not to trust Jack Bauer gets no respect from me :oldrazz:

Did any one else love Heller's line - that i think went…. "Jack wants her. Jack needs her. Jack gets her!"... line to Navaro regarding Kate. :D

It doesn't have to make sense, because Alzheimers doesn't only cause forgetfulness, there's a wide range of terrible effects. One minute Heller could like red, the next he could like blue. One minute he's handing Jack over to the Russians, the next he's sending Jack on a off-the-books mission. I'm not for saying Mark's lie wouldn't be paper thin, but the only way to truly disprove it would be, as I said earlier, if Mark were to confess.

Yes, that was great! I loved that. :awesome:

Jack vs Drones next week! :D

Rasks group was international arms dealers made up of various different nationalities.

The actor who played Karl Rask is Norwegian and he sounded Scandinavian to me.

The guy torturing Kate is Scottish actor Alex Ferns best known as wife beater Trevor from Eastenders. Ferns lived in South Africa for 20 years so he was using a south african accent in the show.

Thanks man, don't know where I got he was Russian from then.

Yeah, the look he gave her was like "Well damn baby!:wow: You're down for whatever!"

:funny: His facial reaction was a mix of shock and "Oh yeeeaaaah! that's my kinda woman!"

Watching the repeat. I think it's Colin Salmon who's talking with Navarro.

Yeah similar to how Bill Buchanan used a voice changer when Jack called him.

I could actually se this show pulling a big twist and having mystery guy turn out to be Tony or something like that.

As much as i love Tony, that would feel too forced…..now if it was his assumed dead wife Michelle, or even Morris O'Brian….now were talking, ...:wow:
