I'm not saying he wasn't held high before his death, I'm saying he was held higher than he ever would have been since he died early and because he was killed because of his beliefs. There is much history to prove this with other key figures that were murdered, they are alway put on a pedastle (and some rightfully so) and thier beliefs and actions are without reproach.

i almost cried today listening to "all we are saying is give peace a chance". then i ended up at work where i called my boss a jerk for making me work on the anniversary of lennon's death, and he told me to cut my hair, and i said john wouldnt have told me to cut me hair, then he was like "no REALLY you need to cut your hair"....f**king short-haired, yellow-bellied, son of tricky dicky.
