Thanks for giving me the pleasure Goran :)

Not a fan of the Raimi/Maguire trilogy?

A little...
I find those movies simple, fun and good. But to me there not Spider-Man. Cmon no Web-Shooters, skipped all of high-school dramas and responsibilty of super powers at a young age. Made Parker a depressed, humor-less, dumb-ass who couldn't invent anything.

The Amazing Spiderman is a dream come true. Andrew Garfield is a significant improvement over the poor excuse for a super-hero actor, Tobey Maguire. I honestly don't think I've seen a super-hero cry and complain as much as he did.*
I hated, hated will all my heart, Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man. He isnt a Supehero to me. At all.

Well said
I wouldn't really call Peter a dumb-ass, he didn't invent and was too dorky

Is this the issue where Kingpin tells Spidey, "I am your father" LOL

Yeah, he wasn't a Supehero, you're right. :hehe:

I love how a couple of panels from this issue were adapted to the solo 80s cartoon and updated them in a more fun way

An interesting tidbit about the cover to issue 82 is that Marie Severin had to draw this cover in a hurry because John Romita's original cover got lost. Romita's cover was eventually found and used for Marvel Tales #63, which was a reprinting of Amazing Spider-Man #82.

Interesting. Thanks.

Thanks Marie

Thanks for posting the Marvel Tales cover Aziz. I found an image of the cover with the Amazing Spider-Man trade dress. So I thought this would be cool to post also.
