eh, what are you complaining about? She knocked out that cover in a hurry, and it's damn fine artwork.
About the only criticism I have of her cover, is that Electro's positioning on that pole is a little unbelievable in terms of balance, as Electro is physically just a regular guy, with no super-agility
(edit: actually, I am wrong, Electro has the ability to use static electroicity to stick to walls, we seen that in his first appearance, so he'll be using that ability there to help stck to the pole.)
As a paroramic action scene, it's a very good cover.
In it's own way, it's more interesting to look at than the Romita one, there is more going on in the picture, and more representative of the inside of the comic, rather than Romita's generic image(although very well drawn), which could have been slapped on *any* Spidey/Electro issue.
