Yep, Green Arrow is definately in Batman's place in this universe, since there can't ever be a Batman. That's okay with me, making the best of a bad situation. It shows how badly they wanted Bruce Wayne when they give Oliver all of his characteristics

why are you constantly saying this? Just because Bruce doesnt meet clark now does not mean theres no batman. Going by your theory, none of superman's major villains will ever exist either except lex and zod.

If theres no proof of it during the series, theres no evidence of it occuring.

Since Smallville is a reimagining, theres no need for Batman to even exist. With Queen being a composite of Bruce and stealing his thunder, I'm inclinded to believe Batman doesnt exist.

Bruce is still on his global 7 years journey around the world [engages in intense intellectual and physical training and studies, including chemistry, criminology, forensics, martial arts, and gymnastics, as well as theatrical skills like disguise, escapology, and ventriloquism. ]
