Rapper Bow Wow To Guest on Smallville?

The Hollywood North Report is reporting that rapper Bow Wow is currently filming an episode of Smallville, playing "a dual character on the show."

They claim this is for the episode "Reunion."

We've heard nothing either way about Bow's involvement (apparently that's what he's calling himself now), but the character description matches one of the roles in the episode after "Reunion," which is titled "Fallout."

Stay tuned and we'll see if The CW confirms anything.

UPDATE: Bow Wow's official website says this: "Bow is currently filming WB's (sic) Smallville in Vancouver." Thanks to Damali for the tip!

Possible from the description that the rapper could be in the next ep after this, Fallout, instead of Reunion...

Well, it's awful stunt casting of almost the worst sort. I guess The CW is more into that than the WB ever was...

They did have a few stunt castings the last few years, who was that chick that was in Devoted? I don't remember her name, but I'm not sure this many in a row ever happened before.

The danger is that he will stink. He wasn't all that good in the few films I've seen him in, but maybe now he's grown up he'll be okay.

I got stuck watching that 'Roll Bounce" movie on a plane this summer, and while the movie itself kind of sucked, I didnt think he was bad in it.
