The Amazing Spider-Man 616 or Ultimate?

What certain storylines,events,characters,origins,etc,etc, would you like to see influence the movie? 616 or Ultimate.

Could be do's and dont do's on both sides,splicing the 2 together in ways.

It's all moot, anyway... We already know this movie's gonna be incredibly Ultimate based.

Publisher Bill Jemas wanted to reinvent the Marvel Universe because he felt that, with over 40 years of back-story, it had become inaccessible to new readers, and he wanted to start with a reinvented Spider-Man.

It had nothing to do with 616 being of poor quality.

I want a mixture of both. Ultimate Spider-Man is the only good thing of the Ultimate story.

Spider-Man- Doesn't matter. He's essentially the same in both universes.
Gwen Stacy- 616. Don't like the rebel girl in Ultimate.
MJ- They feel the same in both universes to me.
Aunt May- Ultimate.
Green Goblin- 616 with Thunderbolts costume. I HATE Hulk Goblin.
Doc Ock- 616 since Ultimate would need SHIELD.
Venom- 616. I HATE stupid monster Venom.
Lizard- 616...besides the reptile domination thing.
Kraven- Ultimate... except make him Russian. I don't like how he's Austrailian.
Carnage- 616. I HATE Stacy Carnage.

616 Spider-Man was more mature and a better hero than the Ultimate one before Bendis forgot that 616 Spider-Man is an adult (and has always worked best as an adult).

I was thinking the same exact thingt: like basicly 616 but spiced up with some small things from ultimate. I'm not talking about those stupid twists like dr. Octopus can control metal with his mind or that Gwen becomes carnage

Ultimate - The high school aspect of a teenager growing up with spider-like abilities. And maybe some high school characters inserted in, such as Kong and what not.

616 - Everything else, INCLUDING villains. Ultimate doesn't have one villain that's superior to 616's versions.

And we better not be seeing a hippie May and Ben.

1) Ultimate Parker is a whiney doofus.
2) The "boy hero" archetype grates on my nerves incredibly.
3) Spider-Man has always worked better as a young adult, not as a teenager.
