Fantastic review Trip.

I didn't mind the darker tone, since they can't all be light hearted. An episode that focuses on Doomsday doesn't really have much room to be light hearted either, as we saw during "Bloodline."

I absolutely loved how they played this episode out, as well as sneakily introducing the Shadow Thief into the Smallville continuity.

Enjoyed the review though.

Yeah... I liked the episode a lot, but there were a few things IMO that kept it from being perfect.

I'm going to give Identity a much higher score, didn't have any problems with that at all, except for the cheesy CGI cape.



I hate finishing the review after the next one airs, but my writing time has become very limited...

It completely sucks being so overworked.



I used to get a lot of writing done at work, surprisingly. Not anymore.

Old, but I just watched this episode two days ago. I can't believe this is Smallville, lol.

This was the best episode I've seen since maybe Memoria. Clark Kent was doing everything I wished he was doing a few years back. The Davis story was great. Everything was just on point. Out of five stars, I'd give it a six.
