8.06 - Prey - Discussion Thread (Spoilers)

Yea we will have to see, clark will probably think davis is behind things maybe but chloe doesnt believe him........ and so what.
 
Putting it here for those that don't want to go back for it:



-Clark and Chloe disagree on an issue relating to the violent things that're happening around Metropolis.

-Brian Peterson and Kelly Souders wrote the episode, and it'll be directed by Michael Rohl.

 
i think MM tells clark about davisbloome and his doomsday side in this episode

we may get more backstory on davisbloome and his doomsday personality in this episode

That's exactly what I was thinking, and probably because of what b24 said MM will tell Clark and when all this starts happening he'll tell Chloe he thinks its Davis

Ausiello: Clark and Chloe find themselves on opposing sides when a serial killer starts wreaking havoc on Metroplis in this season's sixth episode. Clark suspects Davis/Doomsday is the culprit, but Chloe's having none of it. Strengthening Clark's resolve: D/D just so happens to blackout whenever there's a new murder.
 
Well i am not even sure chloe and davis/doomsday will have a romantic relationship at all. I think it will just be a friendship. I get that feeling from the interviews sam has done. And i hope that is what happens.
 
doubt ollie will be in the episode because i figure with him only appearing in 12 episodes this season and the pattern so far between episodes 1-4 he looks to be showing up every other episode and his episodes if this pattern is true will be 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19, and 21 & 22.

Nah, that pattern's too predictable. Also, way too much Ollie. He should be in these episodes:
1,2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19 - and 23, if they manage to extend the season.
Mmm, maybe still too much Ollie. How about these episodes?
1 (a lot),2,3,5,8,13,21
If that's still too much Ollie - or if you're confused - we could limit Ollie to these eps:
1,4,9,16
 
well we know ollies only in 12 episodes and so far with the pattern between episodes we know he is only in every other episode so it looks like ollie is showing up in the odd numbered epsiodes. Which is 1, he isnt in 2/4/6 from what we know of the episodes so far, 3,5,7,9, 11,13,15,17,19 and then since we know season as it stands right now is only 22 episodes so he is likely to be in 21 and 22 to make total 12 episodes.

I doubt he'd only be in 4 episodes if he's a series regular. He'll probably be in 12 or 13 episodes like Lois and Jimmy.
 
He is not only going to be in four. It was confirmed when he was signed as series regular he will be in 12 episodes. Now right now he isnt in 2,4, 6 i believe so the every odd episode count as i been saying seems to be holding true to how they are doing justin's 12 series regular episodes.
 
So besides Clark who else is expected to be in every episode? They should have had Lois in all 22.
 
Well right now only tom and allison have been signed for all 22 episodes of the season. Justin 12, erica 12/13(with option of more episodes and i hope they do incress her by atless 5 more episodes or so) and then looks like cassidy and sam are 12-15 episodes range since we know they are not in every episode as par spoilers.
 
C'mon, one of you must have gotten the episode-pattern joke. Ah, well.
 
Yea he is pretty much every other odd episode besides going to be in 7 and 8 the rest of the season from there who knows what the pattern will be.
 
No spoilers for this since August =/ Sounds like a good episode I wanna know moreeeee

"Prey" Official Descrption

DAVIS STARTS TO SEE HIS DARK SIDE - Clark (Tom Welling) looks into a recent attack in a theater that may be the work of a serial killer. Suspecting it could be someone who is meteor-infected, he demands that Chloe (Allison Mack) release the names of the people she is counseling at the Isis Foundation, which causes a rift between the friends. Davis (Sam Witwer) fears that his blackouts could mean that he is the serial killer and collects evidence that may implicate him. Fearing the worst, he confesses his suspicions to Chloe. Erica Durance, Aaron Ashmore and Cassidy Freeman also stars. Michael Rohl directed the episode written by Brian Peterson & Kelly Souders (#3T7456).
 
^ So what now the tptb are going to play with the fact that because Sam Witwer was Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice in (Star Wars: The Force Unleashed) . Their going to use that as a prefect excuse to use more Star Wars cheesy (It's bad enough they used a ton of it with Lex Luthor .) Now with Bloomsday .

These writers don't have one single original idea .
 
Sounds good cant wait but where's stuff on phil morris as john jones he is scheduled to be in this episode.

I find it really ironic for you in particular to be making this comment.

The only times you don't complain about the show are when they focus on Lois and Clark and the whole iconic destiny stuff. You know, they aren't exactly an original idea, right?
 
errrrr just because they mention "dark side" they are lifting ideas from Star wars:whatever:

word dark side is not exclusice to star wars franchise so what is your point

and the whole good guy embracing his "dark side" story has been done in many other stories

anyway story sounds interesting BUT i doubt we will see doomsday that early
