UPDATED 1/9/10: Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello revealed last week that an upcoming episode would have Clark taking Lois on a romantic getaway to a bed and breakfast. He also teased that also enjoying a quiet weekend getaway wout be Oliver and Chloe (!!) KryptonSite has learned that the episode where that will be happening is "Escape," and it's directed by Kevin Fair.

i dont think so it will just be i think clark taking lois for a romantic getaway/to relax and then of course blur duties mess up his plans and he has to keep ducking out on lois and the humor is in that. Then as for the chloe/ollie bit i am still a bit wondering where that will be going. But i am sure they wont be any romance.

Smallvilleis adding yet another DC villain. Odessa Rae has been cast as the Silver Banshee, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.
Annette O'Toole returning to Smallville
Rae (Leverage) will first appear as Siobhan McDougal, aka the Silver Banshee, in Episode 16, "Escape."
The Banshee is a vengeful spirit of a fallen Gaelic heroine. She's accidentally released from the underworld, and takes out her vengeance at an unassuming country bed and breakfast. Guess who just happens to be staying at the B&B? Lois (Erica Durance) and Clark (Tom Welling).

Rae joins the line of DC heroes and villains being added to Smallville this season, including Icicle (Wesley MacInnes), Dr. Fate (Brent Stait), Hawkman (Michael Shanks), Star Girl (Britt Irvin) and Amanda Waller (Pam Grier).

The episode just got a whole load more interesting. Wonder if she'll have full make-up, or they'll ground it a bit.

Considering it's a supernatural episode, they should go all-out.

Hey the more DCU characters the better. I do wonder if they are going to incorporate Banshee's scream, if it looks too much like Canaray's or if there is going to be a noticable difference.

Yea with silver banshee added to this episode it seems to be alot more interesting then attended to be. Now i can see ollie/chloe being there two probably get all caught up with banshee and all that. As for her look i hope they go all out for her since we have had a bunch of supernatural foes already and after jsa deal and all that definatelly should be full on look. Shouldnt be to hard to do her white hair, pale makeup and all.

Also, the Silver Banshee looks....well...accurate, I guess, but this is pretty silly stuff....

I think the Silver Banshee will look much better within the episode (once effects and lighting have been applied)...so I am not too worried there at all. I admit though looking at those pictures she looks ridiculous---comic accurate---but ridiculous. I have faith it won't when all is said and done (or at least not as much )

I have to say not sure if it was an Al/Miles thing or not, but I really like how our current producers aren't afraid of costumes or creature makeup. I wish we could've seen there take on Brainiac (we would've been given the forehead circles at least I bet!)

well looking at Legion Brainiac which is more or less like the geof johns/STAS Brainiac and we would have seen the forehead circles it would have been interesting.
