Case in point, Margot Kidder was four years older than Christopher Reeve, and Bitsie Tulloch is seven years older than Tyler Hoechlin. Nobody had or has a problem with them. Hell, I’m five months older than Tyler is, and I don’t have a problem with it. I totally buy their chemistry. They both can totally get it.

So, Rachel Brosnahan is three years older than David Corenswet, the smallest age gap so far, and now, all the sudden, it’s a potential problem?

The kinds of people reporting, or even suggesting, this kind of stuff need to jump off a f***ing cliff with that ageist bulls**t.

Hatcher was also 2 years older than Cain , and Amy Adams was 9 years older than Cavill.

32 and 29 is fine.

I think the only time Clark has been older than Lois in the modern age is Welling/Durance and that was only by a year. And, ironically, his character was still supposed to be younger than hers.

Everyone is throwing these numbers around as if David Corenswet was already confirmed. What if we get some 22 year old as Superman? The 3 year age differential now becomes 10 years.

I’m willing to give you that Corenswet isn’t actually confirmed, but a Superman born after the towers fell? Absolutely not.

Rachel as Lois is probably one of my favorite castings. I was REALLY pulling for her!

I also like the choice for Superman/Clark Kent. They both look A LOT like their comic counterparts. Can't wait to see Lois & Clark on the big screen!

Having the lead of an Amy Sherman-Palladino series as Lois Lane is really stirring up some certainty that this would’ve killed in the late 90s/early 2000s…

Phenomenal casting. She has every quality I was looking for in Lois Lane, I think she's going to kill it. I hope the part is strongly written to showcase her talents.
