Once Upon a Time‘s most magical family tree is poised to grow — even beyond the new addition of Peter Pan as Rumpelstiltskin’s father and recent “baby talk” between Snow White and Prince Charming.

In the wake of this week’s reveal that Pan is actually Rumple’s father Malcolm — transformed into the puckish lad during a long-ago visit to Neverland, after he gave up his son — TVLine compiled an updated family tree detailing Henry’s illustrious, insometimes infamous lineage.

But wait, there’s literally more — because series cocreators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis tell TVLine exclusively, ”By the end of Season 3, this tree will grow by two spaces.”

Even assuming that one of those additions will be the wished-for Charming bambino — a likelihood bolstered by the news that Ginnifer Goodwin is pregnant by fiancé/scene partner Josh Dallas – on which branch do you think the other new family member will surface? Will someone gain a sister? Or maybe a long-lost child? Share your theories in the comments.

Once resumes Season 3 on Sunday. Dec. 1, and airs its midseason finale Dec. 15.

Love how Emma and Neal are not connected to Henry here, only Regina! :woot:

They're situated relative to Henry just like all the other parents are to their children. :whatever:

And they're connected to him by the same line connecting him to Regina. Notice how none of the other lines cross over except that one. :o

Kitsis and Horowitz Lightning Round 10 with TV Guide:

Did you always know that Peter Pan (Robbie Kay) would be Rumple's (Robert Carlyle) father?
Edward Kitsis:
Yes, and if you re-watch all the episodes and their scenes together this season, you will see the buried hints sprinkled, including in Episode 4 when they come into the campfire and he says, "Now isn't this a family reunion."

Will we ever see how Michael (James Immekus), John (Matt Kane) and Wendy (Freya Tingley) tried to defeat Pan in the past?
Kitsis:
Perhaps someday.
Adam Horowitz: Maybe.

Will we see what's happening to Rumple in Pandora's Box?
Kitsis:
No.

Will we find out more about the origin of Henry's (Jared Gilmore) storybook this season?
Kitsis:
Yes.
Horowitz: And the first at it is soon.

Will Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Snow (Ginnifer Goodwin) discuss Snow's desire to have another child?
Kitsis and Horowitz:
Yes.

Will Snow and Charming (Josh Dallas) find out about Neal (Michael Raymond-James) sending Emma to jail?
Horowitz:
Neal sending Emma to jail comes up again and is dealt with.

Will we see more of Robin Hood (Sean Maguire) and Regina (Lana Parrilla) and how her decision not to meet him affected them both?
Horowitz:
Yes.

Is there a connection between Tinker Bell (Rose McIver) and Belle (Emilie de Ravin)?
Horowitz:
Other than their names rhyming, they're not part of the Bell family. That's a clever idea, but that's not the case.

Will Ursula (Yvette Nicole Brown) return this season?
Horowitz:
Perhaps.

Are we ever going to see Pinocchio (Eion Bailey) again?
Kitsis and Horowitz:
Yes.

Will Emma's foster home past be explored?
Horowitz:
Perhaps.

Are we ever going to find out why Emma goes by the last name Swan?
Horowitz:
Yes.

Will Emma be tempted by Dark Magic like Rumple and Regina were?
Kitsis:
Always.
Horowitz:
And dark chocolate.
Kitsis: Yeah.

Emma's heart could not be ripped out. Could Henry's because he did it himself?
Kitsis:
Yes.

Will Henry ever learn that his mom Regina erased his memory after she told him of her plan to let everyone else die?
Horowitz:
Can't say.

Can a shadow be reattached to its host?
Kitsis and Horowitz:
Yes.

Will we see more curses explored on the show?
Kitsis:
Yes.

Will more worlds be explored in the second half of the season?
Horowitz:
Yes.

Will there ever be a musical episode on Once Upon a Time?
Kitsis:
Who knows?
Horowitz: Never say never. We have no immediate plans.
Kitsis: We tried to do one for Comic-Con, but it become cost-prohibitive.

Do you have anything on Once Upon a Time that isn’t related to one ‘ship or another? –Lauren
Wrap your magic bean around this one: For Episode 14, the show is casting the possibly recurring role of a teenage African-American female who comes across as skittish and timid, having had her naturally curious and determined spirit tempered by years of crippling fear. That said, when put to the test, this lass can reach within and summon the strength to be a hero. Ready, set, speculate!

'Once Upon a Time' casts 'Covert Affairs' star in key guest star role -- EXCLUSIVE
By James Hibberd on Nov 22, 2013 at 9:57PM

The star of USA’s Covert Affairs is returning to ABC to visit Once Upon a Time. His appearance may be relatively brief, but we’re told it’s an important role that just might lead to future appearances.

Christopher Gorham, who was on Ugly Betty before taking the lead on Covert Affairs, will guest star in the 12th episode of the current Once Upon season. As usual, producers are keeping quiet about the details of the role. All we’re told is Gorham plays an “important character in the life of Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison).”

So you know what that means: Let the speculation begin!

I've seen him and Adam Horowitz tweeting back and forth a few times. I'm assuming they're friends from back when he was on Popular and Horowitz/Kitsis were writing for the series.

Pics of Gorham on set:

Hmm...

Maybe he's playing one of her brothers from foster care? I can't imagine they would introduce another love interest right now.

I don't imagine they would either. One theory, though... [blackout]older Henry[/blackout].

Yea, I saw that being talked about too. Would be pretty interesting.

Yes please!
Anything to get rid of that annoying kid

Despite his foolish decisions this season I really like Henry compared to most child characters.

No new episode tonight. :argh:

Question: I was wondering if you had any scoop on Emma and Hook’s relationship on Once Upon a Time? –Laura
Ausiello: Once cocreator Eddy Kitsis told Matt Mitovich that with Henry’s life now on the line more than ever, Emma will be squarely focused on the dire present, with no thought given to her romantic future. Hook and Neal, meanwhile — sharing as they do a quite complicated past of their own – will arrive at some sort of agreement in the Dec. 8 episode. Says Kitsis, “You’ll see how they’re going to deal with each other and with Emma in, I think, a surprising way.”

Question: Will we get to see in the next half of this season of Once Upon a Time how Regina adopted Henry and how she raised him? — abz
Ausiello: Hmm, your subscription to the Daily Mirror must have lapsed, because that bit of backstory will be revealed this Sunday, and it’s at least a two-hanky affair, as Mayor Mills struggles to bond with her procured bambino. But what you may find surprising is who almost adopted wee Henry instead.

Someone else almost adopted Henry? Wanna bet it's Snow?

This episode left me really looking forward to what happens in the next bunch of episodes. Won't say anymore until it's done for everyone else.

Regina has NO regrets. Her great strength and her most obvious flaw. Awesome moment though.

My favorite fairytale from now on is “The Queen and her Little Prince”!
