The grandma and ****ty granddaughter at the inn were the same two in the fairy-tale scene where some of the characters met at some round table and the same girl that was the granddaughter was wearing a red hood behind the grandma. If that implication weren't enough, the granddaughter in the "real world" put on a red sash of some sort and happened to drape it around her head.

Thanks carrrnutt.ohh snaps..I totally missed her...twice. Damn she was a sl^t?:wow:

Just saw the first episode and it was fairly good. The flashbacks sequences is pretty impressive in terms of costumes and sets. They were a couple of cringe moments here and there, but I pretty much enjoyed it.

I liked the pilot so I'll stick around, the concept is definitely interesting.

Keep me posted when (you know she will) Ariel shows up.

Why are some of you so hard on Little Red Riding Hood? Yes, she was argumentative and dressed to rebel but what leads you to believe she sleeps around and all that other stuff?

I have to say that Snow White looked way better as the teacher than in fairytale land. They almost didn't look like the same person.

if you listen to what her grandma is saying while they were arguing she says something about red sleeping her way across the east coast.

Which is impossible since they supposedly can't leave Storybrooke.

I found the premiere to be fairly mediocore, I wasn't expected much and that's about what the show delivered. My girlfriend's a fan of Ginnifer Goodwin though, so decided to check it out with her. Right now we're both not impressed, but will stick with it through episode 3.

Red Riding Hood mentioned that she wanted to leave and go to I don't remember California? and the grandmother responded by saying something like "So you can sleep you way across the East Coast."

Finally got around to watching the pilot. Really impressed plus the rest of the season looks to get pretty damn interesting.

Did anyone notice Giancarlo Esposito from Breaking Bad in the upcoming preview?!?!?!?! Who is he gonna be playing?!?!

The Queen's magic mirror.

I didn't know what to think of this show when I first saw the Trailer. However I finally got a chance to watch it and I loved it. I can't wait to see more episodes of this hopefully it does well and keep up its rattings so hopefully ABC can't cancel it.

Robert Carlysle is ****ing awesome as Rumplestiltskin. So damn creepy, I'm thinking he must have made some kind of deal with the queen since he "owns" Storybrooke. I honestly can't believe how impressed I am with the pilot, really was not expecting to enjoy it this much

He's the Evil Queen's magic mirror who gets turned into a journalist/reporter in the real world.

I know that ABC has a Beauty and the Beast pilot in development for next season. I wonder if they're going to try to tie it together with this show's mythology. Obviously, not so much the Storybrooke stuff, but the pre-curse Enchanted Forest.

I've been wondering about some things. Between this and Grimm, who owns the rights to what particular fairy tales and how many of them are Brothers Grimm stories or other stories. Never been much into fairy tales but I know the basic stuff from all the cartoons I watched as a kid, never have read the actual source material which I've always heard was alot darker

I think most, if not all, fairy tales are pretty much public domain at this point.

Ya they are all in public domain so they can use whoever they want.

It probably does help, though, that ABC is Disney, so they can use some of the Disney portrayals of those characters (Jiminy Cricket, Malificent, etc.)

Charles Widmore and Toby Ziegler as inlaws. My interest in this show just got bigger.
