I have that same issue, myself. Once you kick yourself in the butt and just start writing, the words usually start to flow.

A superhero...I know, not such an easy thing to write about (well if you want it to be good)..but thats why its taken me so long. Ive made it as unique as possible...the powers are fresh, the charecters are loveable and Ive tried to eliminate as many cliches as possible. Whats yours about?

Nope, Nothing like it.
Much more conventional than that.
It's a fantasy world, with low magic, bumped up to the Wild West, sheriffs, revolvers and so forth.

Really? I've heard only good things about it - my mother owns all three books in the trilogy and loved them.
