How does ultron get created?

What I took away was Ultron was Tony's idea for a global protection initiative to prevent cosmic threats. When he gets loki's sceptre, he sees it as the key to making the program work. He finds a computer of sorts in the sceptre, and states that it is much more advanced than Jarvis. He begins trying to apply this "computer" to his Iron Legion Police Drones. It keeps failing, but it eventually succeeds. Ultron is immediately self aware and attacks the avengers shortly thereafter.

Hulk doesn't wreck him. Ultron shows up in the quinjet. Bit silly seeing a robot piloting a plane. But that's just my opinion.

Yes.

Violence is heavily stylised. Im3 and winter soldier more brutal. It is darker than the first avengers.

Nope.

I've more or less answered this already. Final battle is slightly too busy but it's all very cool and entertaining.

The impression I got is vision is Jarvis in voice only. tony never calls him jarvis. The avengers acknowledge that vision sounds like Jarvis though. He does fight alongside them if that's what you mean by "fight with"
