Did anyone notice that the animated credits were based on the firemen statue in front of Avengers tower? I thought that was a nice touch. A nod to real world heroes.

Once QS, SW, and Vision joined the team, and everyone was in the Quinjet together, that's when I was like, "THIS is the Avengers." Truly a fantastic lineup. Only missing a few to be absolutely perfect. Black Panther, Ant-Man, Wasp, and maybe Ms Marvel.

I liked what they did with Hawkeye....it's nice to see that at least some hero having a normal life when not fighting aliens and robots.

Hey, whatever happened to Cap drinking Asgard liquor? I wanted to know if his body could take it, or could it actually get him drunk for once.

The clothing Thor was wearing during the party and him offering Asgardian beverage were straight out of Ultimate Avengers

Yeah, he was one of the highlights of the film for me. Something I would not have expected, to be honest.

Yeah I thought that aspect was cool to see and unusual, and I'm glad they kept them alive too. Killing them off for the usual required motivation/vengeance angle or putting them in harm's way/captured by the villain like Spidey's girlfriend in EVERY film would have sent me to sleep.

Anyone else dig Falcon's new outfit? I liked the addition of red.

For anyone who can remember, did you get a clear look at the bodies that surrounded the Avengers during Tony's vision? I remember seeing several in the theater but they were overshadowed.

May have just been Chitauri, but it would have been a great and subtle way for cameos (Ant-Man, Panther, etc.)

Nice to see that SW and Falcon are getting their classic comicbook costumes at the end

Just streamed AoU and something caught me during Tony's vision.

Yup noticed other bodies as well

It's 1 am here and I should be trying to sleep because my showing is tomorrow at 10:30 am

It's funny how Cap is supposed to be pretty old-school but he's definitely embraced the gym-bro tight T's look.

I didn't really catch this, can someone clear it up for me? So was Ultron Prime in the final battle made of Vibranium or not? If so, it's strange how they were able to damage him. I think Cap's shield could take been that jaw-droppingly epic tri-blast. And if not, why didn't he use it on himself? He kept upgrading himself and had the Vibranium to do it.

I'm also still unclear on what exactly Vibranium had to do with the floating city apart from being a giant magnet.

I saw a woman wearing tactical SHIELD style clothing laying next to Hawkeye, it may have been Maria Hill but I couldn't tell.

And another woman to Hulk's right who looked as if she was dressed like Sif.

Yeah none of that made sense to me. Vibranium is supposed to be able to absorb the impact. We saw that in the first Avengers when Cap's sheild stopped Thor's hammer. But here Vision uses Thor's hammer to knock Ultron back, and Ultron goes down really easy. It didn't seem like the Vibranium made Ultron any more of a threat than he was previous.

I think with the "tri-blast" (which included an Infinity Gem) it was from the heat. It maybe the strongest metal on the planet but it still must have a melting point.

Why does everyone think Ultron is so weak because he was damaged by 3 extremely powerful beams and yet still was not completely crippled. He took a lot of damage, and even though he didn't fight much, he was able to rock his opponent with a single blast and was pounding Thor to a pulp.

Loki was nowhere near that powerful

Hey bud, there's two more Avengers movies, this was just foreplay! ;)

By the way, let me get this off my chest. FINALLY SOMONE CALLS TONY 'SHELL HEAD'! HELL YA!
