Ok, someone does die.

''Someone dies. Someone important. And unlike other deaths in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this person goes down and stays down. No final-reel resurrection or misdirection. Marvel has cried wolf a bit too often in this department, so while it would be a truly rotten spoiler to reveal which character falls in Age of Ultron, it actually ups the suspense to go in knowing that not everyone will make it out.''

I'm thinking Selvig. Or Maria Hill. Maybe Fury as well, since his character arc looks finished by the end of Cap 2.

I just don't see any Avengers, including WM and Falcon kicking the bucket.

Haha or maybe Peggy dies or oldness.

Anyone thinks that it might be Thor?

Thor dying would trigger Ragnarok, wouldn't it?

The weird thing is, unless everyone was forbidden to talk about it or even hint about it (and that's entirely possible), you would think that the death of even supporting characters like WM, Falcon, Hill or Fury would have been something people would be talking about or at least kind of referencing in the tweets. Even the EW article doesn't mention that it's super emotional or anything, just that it's a real death and whoever it is doesn't come back in the movie, and they talked about Hawkeye's wife reveal being emotional so it's not like they wouldn't have commented on it. Like I said, entirely possible that's something nobody is allowed to spoil even a tiny bit but the lack of even anything like that says to me either it's not a character people are particularly attached to (I've seen theories it's Quicksilver who dies and that's what causes Wanda to switch sides) or they seriously aren't allowed to even let on it happens until the embargo lifts.

i'm pretty sure the academy scenes are at the end, so BW is safe.
none of the big six is gonna die

I don't know why people keep saying "My money is on Hawkeye or Widow!" when both have been confirmed to appear in future movies for a while now.

Okay people this is what I understand so far from the EW mag and BOOK since the book is not the entire movie.
Ultron in a way, "KILLS" JARVIS basically he stops his programming at the beginning of the story at Stark Labs

Widow begins to flirt with Bruce at the party and not like she does with Steve. The EW article explains that Nat finds Bruce and Hulk attractive.

The "I am Mighty" Thor scene we've seen takes place on a Ship/Boat in dry-dock that Klaus uses as a pirated military and "SPECIAL ITEMS" sales. Wanda's Spell doesn't work as fast on Thor than it does on everyone else, and that's what we see, when Thor says that, him going into Wanda's spell.

Mind you the Prescreening can be different from the novel and even different from the COMPLETED film

Huh, interesting. Guess it makes sense that it would take longer on Thor than the others.

Man. From what we've been hearing official and not, this film has a lot to do with Infinity War than we thought.

If it's too much teasing and people don't like it (so far just been the grump) fine, but if it's teasing/setting up by simply backing up the first film's events (which Joss definitely seems to be focused on) then they don't understand.

. According to the reddit guy, who DID see it, it sets up A LOT for Infinity War, to the point that the IW credit scene IS cool, but a bit necessary. He also says the plot is complex and may take another viewing to fully follow.
I'm thinking this alternate futures/dimensions that Wanda sees has something to do with the complexity of the plot, and Ultron is aware of it.

I found it interesting that the Jr novelization said the twins first saw Ultron as a big, metal demon basically.

I've been saying for a year that this movie is going to be complex, and that it's going to be so much more than a rogue AI gaining awareness and wanting to extinct the human race. Sounds completely awesome.

Why are you guys basing your ideas around someone on Reddit?

You can't even be sure if he is trolling.

You were finally able to find that post about the credit scene that Suzanne mentioned?

I don't mind if it has a ton of IW build up in this. It didn't bother me in Iron Man 2 with the Avengers build up at all

One of the reddit (or IMDB, I can't remember) guys said the credit scene was a jungle shot of BP.

In the EW article, they say BP is not appearing.

Which one is more credible, you decide.

Jungle shot of Black Panther would be unbelievable! Not expecting that though.

Okay i saw one of the New TV Spots for AOU and in It Captain America says Avengers to his New Team and i don't know who is Cap's New Team is i know that Falcon is assuming a New Member of his New Team but who else is in Cap's New Team besides Cap, Widow and Falcon.

So the credit scene is cool but is or isn't necessary? What is necessary? Nothing wrong with an extra tease scene for IW part I

FIlms didn't have credit scenes in the past so of course they're not necessary. And neither is having a pizza tonight. Still awesome though.

Could you share more please about what the EW article says about Banner and Widow? She finds Bruce and Hulk attractive? Whedon really is obsessed with beauty and the beast storylines :csad: :whatever: Just hope the Russos don't share this view and this story gets dropped pretty quickly.

Also not happy with the implication on the EW website that some of Thor's vision got cut. I love the suggestions that his story links to Thanos and was looking forward to seeing his vision the most.

Well he didn't provide any specific spoilers, other than what we have seen. Someone was questioning him about the parking lot, because he's familiar with the supposed location or something. and apparently the poster's description of the parking lot checks out.

Of course, the guy could be in on the trolling too. But I don't believe it. The only descriptions of the film I read from him viewing were that the plot was complex and may need a second viewing. And that the film teases Infinity War.

That's essentially all he spoiled IF that's the case. Plus he only posted there for about an hour. He seemed legit to me, he didn't give much at all.

No haha. Just going by what I read
