I'm thinking Selvig. Or Maria Hill. Maybe Fury as well, since his character arc looks finished by the end of Cap 2.

I just don't see any Avengers, including WM and Falcon kicking the bucket.

Selvig, Vision, Ultron, Thor are the only options I believe that will "die" in this movie.

Maybe Maria Hill but I don't if shes in Civil War as well

it'll be interesting to see if they leave it open for Ultron to come back in some way.

probably not, but when the character is a program that can't be killed per se, they could leave it open-ended enough that it could give Ultron an opportunity to return.

Maria or Fury could go, but after Fury faked his death in TWS, it would be boring if he died again.
