In the end, I just want to be surprised again as I was when Ward was revealed to be Hydra .
Well, they surprised us with the second half of the season,
Maybe they can do it again.
And I do not care if it was planned all along or part of some elaborate course correction.
It has been GREAT.
So, I have faith in AOS.
...But not because of the ejected pod, please.Kill off either Fitz or Simmons.
...But not because of the ejected pod, please.
As soon as they splashed down, I automatically started thinking of scenarios where one of them has to sacrifice themselves so the other can survive. Probably Fitz choosing himself to die, and just before he does, he finally tells Simmons that he loves her, giving that as the reason for his sacrifice.
Although that would make a Ward redemption damn near impossible.
Edit: Also they are repeatedly reminding us that Trip has some tech know-how as well. Firstly to provide Fitz an adversary but also, possiblly, as a replacement. That would leave Ward's spot open for Deathlok.

Some type of crossover with Agent Carter would be cool, if difficult. Given the 70 year time gap, any guest stars would have to be "identical grandchildren" or another Asgardian or other long-lived human looking alien.
I'm still hoping that they use the 616 version of the Original Nick Fury being the MCU's Nick Fury's dad. THEN we can have Sgt. Fury of the Howling Commandos in the Agent Carter seriesNever thought of that Seahammer.. thats a good suggestion.. i want atleast one of the Howling Commando to be alive in the present after having taken some superserum/infinity formula/GH? .. we could see him in agent carter on the verge of dying, and then have a AoS episode where he turns up alive and in hiding..
