Maybe I'm just wrong or I've seen enough military and spy shows to know that the realllllllll SHIELD is probably more like SHIELD should be and not the way Coulson runs it. I bet Fury is behind Gonzales and telling him to do all this.

If Fury is behind it why the urgency with knowing the contents of the toolbox ? He obviously knows what is in it .


Coulson is a throw back to the way that the OSS or the early days of SSR .Fly by the seat of your pants ,small budget ,inventive ops more than hi tech solutions.

His name is Lincoln, he's an inhuman, and we don't know yet what his abilities are. He told Skye she's not a prisoner there, and can leave when Gordon get back if she wants. Gordon is the only way in or out of there.

Coulson also had someone who betrayed them back on his team which ironically doesn't make a lick of sense. People may like Skye but that doesn't justify some of the bad decisions that Coulson has made.
