Finally got around to waching this. That was one hell of a season finale! Can Kyle M get an Emmy nod for his tremendous (and hilarious) work on this show please?

I can't decide whether Coulson's arm or Simmons getting eaten by the Kree thingy get the Holy ****! award.

I wish they went old school with Cal/Mr Hyde's complete transformation. I know CGI would cost too much so I wouldn't have a problem with a Hulk/Lou Ferrigno style body double instead of that bad make up and over the top acting. I've seen better make up at cosplay comic conventions.

Cals resolution to his arc was very disappointing. He could have made for a decent reoccurring character. As a villain or even an anti hero. He has so much history with other characters like Thor, Daredevil and the young avengers. Seems like a waste of a perfectly good character.

He looked like the character in the comics. The character is still a relatively human looking character because that's what he is.

I never said he should look less human. I just wanted him to be more intimidating.

Maybe it's just me, but even the classic pic looks alot more intimidating than what we got from AoS.
AoS Hyde was a skinny old geezer with a bad cosplay. And was more laughable than frightening. I cringed through the whole thing.

The make up was fine, but couldn't they at least pad out his suit like beast in DOFP?

They may have tried and the results might've been terrible. Or maybe the show couldn't/didn't want to afford the cost of the extra costumes/suits?

Or they're just trying to avoid going into Hulk's purple pants syndrome.

Finale was good, not quite as good as the first season but on the whole this season has been great. I just wonder where they can go next season with some of things they have set up but I am sure it's not a problem for the writers.

I think Cal can and will return and hopefully with better make up when he does return. I wonder what will happen with May and Bobbi also, it will be interesting. And yeah Simmons was a crazy moment at the end, be interesting to see what that thing is and what happens to her as I don't think she is dead.
