makes the most sense, and it could be some serious action for this show
Marvel says they can reuse their assets when it comes to Hulk etc, so may as well do it for this episode with the beast

I figure Sif will probably be doing "Odin's" bidding, not realizing that it's actually Loki. Which begs the question: with Loki's seeming ability to project himself across worlds (see his discussion with Thor in the 1st movie, while the later was in SHIELD custody), does he realize (or care) that Coulson is alive now? I know Hiddleston has been open to guest starring too.

Best guess is the Clairvoyant gets it's hand on some Asgardian tech/relic (they do seem to have left a few lying round down here over the years) and Sif comes down to find and retrieve it, crosses paths with Coulson's team and they join up...or something...

It would be nice if she had a cameo in the stinger before her guest starring role, as a way of providing some continuity. Have her come to Earth at the end of Episode 14 with Episode 15 being the one that showcases her.

Excuse me? I didn't conveniently leave that out, Coulson's line just clarified that as far as Lumley was concerned the 084 was in fact the baby. He calls her that in the dialogue. He doesnt say, 'it wasn't an 084, it was just a baby girl'. He is still calling her that because although he never saw anything special, he knows agents involved after her retrieval were being killed off left & right, so he'd had good reason to think there was more to her than just being a normal baby girl. He even warns them about staying away from her.

So I stand by by what I said: For Lumley the baby was and still is the 084, he just doesn't have any idea as to why.

Whether she is really was/is an 084 or not we simply don't know yet.

That's not my point. My point is that an 084 is an *object,* and always has been. Ergo, Baby Skye had been classified as an *object.* Why? Robot? Cyborg? Replicant? Who knows. But my point was that Coulson was visibly shocked to hear about a *person* being classified as an 084 --- i.e., an object.

Her powers are clearly latent. She doesn't even know what she is. But a *lot* of people are willing to die for her, and kill for her, and kill her. There's a messianic vibe about all this; she has to be "the chosen one" for some group or other.

I also hope this means the show will be able to have characters from the movies pop up from time to time.

You're stuck on the fact that Coulson was shocked. His reaction was just that, surprise because he didn't expect it. However the agent that was telling him the story already knew the 084 was a baby, yet he still identified her as that. Doesn't that confirm to you that it is applicable to humans as well as objects? If it wasn't he would've said "baby" from the beginning of the conversation and never referred to her as a 084.

He could be using Asgard & other worldy treasures & trading them in for money etc. Surely he is eventually going 2 want 2 get back at The Avengers for his NYC failure. It would also explain The Clairvoyant wanting 2 find out how Coulson is alive
