Wearing body armour too. Still no skull cap, though I think I saw metal under his skin in the other promo a little while back (look like he'd been shot in the head or something).

And Sif confirmed the Kree are Marvel's (I thought that was a certainty anyway, but her line to Son of Coul confirmed it). A little pause before she said that one as well

I'm getting there .
I will still be pedantic about the skull cap until I see it but I'm already humbled that the prevailing theory concerning the progressive transformation of Peterson into Deathlok was correct.

It's an improvement over just having a leg but he really looks incomplete without the face plate thing.

Plus the sweater collar under the chest plate is a bit sloppy but that's just me picking nits.
Lets hope May shoots half of his face off.

I don't think they would want him walking around in full cyborg armour, someone would stop him lol or at least try to anyway. I do think he will get the face plate, probably in his final appearance of the season.

Y'know, I was thinking about that, how Coulson says nothing fazes her, and I think that's simultaneously one of her most frustrating and charming traits.

Maybe there's more to her inability to be fazed. Hints at a more progressive mind, perhaps more evolved.

Especially with the Kree name drop tonight and connection to Inhumans, Skye could very well have already undergone Kree experimentation. I'm waiting for the episode where we finally see exactly what she's capable of.

In my mind he is beyond covert ops anyways so it doesn't matter if he stands out, in the position of a bodyguard it is better if he does stand out, more intimidation factor, make him look like a human wrecking ball.

He's meant to be The Demolisher not The Silencer.

I think a good justification for putting an armoured plate on the left side of his face would be to give added protection to the backscatter x-ray that is embedded under his eye.

If that at all gets damaged they risk losing control of him, so put the armoured plate on his face with added visual enhancements and you'd have your classic, consistent Deathlok look as well as a reason for doing it.
