A little request, would people be willing to label whether the spoilers are for A.O.S. or for the Winter Soldier?

Well, considering it's only speculation at this point, I don't see why it would be necessary to put spoilers around an idea that basically everyone has had since we first heard about The Clairvoyant. Maybe you haven't been keeping up with the show, but that's your problem for coming onto a site known as SuperHeroHype expecting not to have some things potentially spoiled for you.
Anyhow, what does it matter anyway? I never understood why people cared so much about having comic-book adaptations spoiled for them, especially considering the years of material they have at their disposal. You should be happy to hear the guesses that people have, I known I sure am, as I find it's a part of the fun of watching Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the first place, the fact that it brings fans together, and allows them to discuss the Marvel universe in a fun and unique way while learning of things from the comics that they've never known about before. There are so many subtle details in the show that make it compelling to watch when you're a fan of the universe and sometimes the only way to pick up on those nuances is by listening and learning from others who may know more about the comics than you.
Sounds exhausting.
Why are you guys talking about a guy in a chair and speculating it is Sterns in response to a spoiler without spoilering your response???
Vartha you should know better, especially after being banned.
It's just really inconsiderate.
There is a difference between baseless speculation and speculation derived after having seen the latest MCU entry, a pretty big difference.
The movie doesn't come out in North America until April 4th, if I came here in may, wasn't caught up with the show and then *****ed about being spoiled then that would be on me, but as it stands I don't think I should expect the have potential elements of both AoS and TWS spoiled for me despite my frequenting a super hero entertainment based website.
These places are called communities for a reason and there should be a modicum of respect for others who don't live where the film has been released or who haven't illegally pirated the film.
I really hate the blame the complainer attitude you've employed, being as I like to respect the community aspect of things I'll display restraint for that reason.
Furthermore it's worse when a moderator, who ostensibly got hacked and spoiled parts of the movie lacks that bit of judgment after having come close to permanently having lost their privileges as a result of said discrepancy.
I personally like being surprised.
I'm not the only one.
The same could be said of people who complained of huge events being spoiled for them in the Game of Thrones t.v. show and I wouldn't fault them for their rage just because they didn't read the books that were available to them.
