A little request, would people be willing to label whether the spoilers are for A.O.S. or for the Winter Soldier?

Many of the spoilers are for the Winter Soldier right now. The only time Spoilers are needed for Agents of SHIELD are events that haven't happened yet. They (Marvel) has stated that the events of Winter Soldier have a significant impact on Agents of SHIELD, so the two are interconnected.

Remember, the show has their own set of SHIELD Agents. Whatever happens in the Winter Soldier with SHIELD will happen on Agents of SHIELD. The question is: to what degree?

Well, considering it's only speculation at this point, I don't see why it would be necessary to put spoilers around an idea that basically everyone has had since we first heard about The Clairvoyant. Maybe you haven't been keeping up with the show, but that's your problem for coming onto a site known as SuperHeroHype expecting not to have some things potentially spoiled for you.

There is a difference between baseless speculation and speculation derived after having seen the latest MCU entry, a pretty big difference.
The movie doesn't come out in North America until April 4th, if I came here in may, wasn't caught up with the show and then *****ed about being spoiled then that would be on me, but as it stands I don't think I should expect the have potential elements of both AoS and TWS spoiled for me despite my frequenting a super hero entertainment based website.
These places are called communities for a reason and there should be a modicum of respect for others who don't live where the film has been released or who haven't illegally pirated the film.
I really hate the blame the complainer attitude you've employed, being as I like to respect the community aspect of things I'll display restraint for that reason.

Furthermore it's worse when a moderator, who ostensibly got hacked and spoiled parts of the movie lacks that bit of judgment after having come close to permanently having lost their privileges as a result of said discrepancy.

Anyhow, what does it matter anyway? I never understood why people cared so much about having comic-book adaptations spoiled for them, especially considering the years of material they have at their disposal. You should be happy to hear the guesses that people have, I known I sure am, as I find it's a part of the fun of watching Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the first place, the fact that it brings fans together, and allows them to discuss the Marvel universe in a fun and unique way while learning of things from the comics that they've never known about before. There are so many subtle details in the show that make it compelling to watch when you're a fan of the universe and sometimes the only way to pick up on those nuances is by listening and learning from others who may know more about the comics than you.

I personally like being surprised.
I'm not the only one.
The same could be said of people who complained of huge events being spoiled for them in the Game of Thrones t.v. show and I wouldn't fault them for their rage just because they didn't read the books that were available to them.

Why are you guys talking about a guy in a chair and speculating it is Sterns in response to a spoiler without spoilering your response???
Vartha you should know better, especially after being banned.
It's just really inconsiderate.

vartha was never banned!

I didn't mind having Game of Thrones spoiled for me, especially since the chick who spoiled it for me was absolutely smokin' hot. :hubba

Anything that's based off of literature, I don't care if I have it spoiled. If it's an original film that's being hailed as a must-see masterpiece, like Chinatown for instance, then I'd be angry if somebody spoiled that for me. I couldn't care less about having comic-book adaptations spoiled for me because there's too many of them and I'm at the point in my life where I'm getting a bit sick of them, but I still like seeing them because they're meant to be fun, which they are. Whether you had the events spoiled for you or not, you'll still hate or love the film just the same as you would have if you didn't know. I watched The Sixth Sense and somebody spoiled the ending for that movie to me, but I didn't care because it made me pay attention to all of the nuances and hints that are on-display throughout.

groot, the speculation of stern has nothing to do with the movie.. based on the movie, the speculation is that it could be someone else

I love more a twist when I am not spoiled. And I start a movie/book with the start and not the end.
And the WS isn't even out so label whether the spoilers are for agents of shied or for the Winter Soldier plz.

I had assumed Sterns is being discussed because of Talbot's upcoming appearance. That's the only connection I can see that makes him anything but a guess.

Not seeing a problem here.

I had guessed all along it was going to be The Leader.

ack I better run. I don't want to be spoiled for the tv show or the movie. cya.

That Deathlok is growing on me .
Especially since the last pic I have certainly does more than hint that we might get a proper Deathlok look, despite raising some questions.

I doubt that's going to be Deathlok's final look.

I'm forced to agree with your assumption, being as I vehemently argued against the logic that he would undergo a progressive transformation.
I obviously can't into network television.

Still think it is crap that they milked it but at least their format allows for improvement and I'm finally excited to see Deathlok.

Very interested in the explanation of that sub-dermal glimmer of metal.
It doesn't make much sense to me that they'd remove his skin, coat his skull, and then add back on the skin, simply for the fact that if they did that you figure they'd have prosthetic skin that isn't burnt.

they probably opened his head to put his eyes in, and thought, why not, lets just put a plate as well

I don't have an opinion on Deathlok's appearance. Due to the obscurity of the character, it 's not like a different interpretation is going to be problematic, like that with a prominent one (it 's a minor complaint , but , I'd like to see Thor wear his helmet for more than 30?seconds. I understand why they don't--supplying eye candy to those who salivate at Hemsworth--but, after reading a f***ton of Thor books, I'd like to see a film where he wears the iconic helmet. It's like Gandalf the Grey without his hat.)

I couldn't care less about Thor's helmet, it's such an insignificant detail that certain people just obsess the Hell over. It seems like "gradual" is a great way to describe EVERYTHING that happens on this show, and the problem is that in certain cases it's not to the show's benefit.

The faceplate for Deathlok is "an insigifnicant detail that certain people just obsess the Hell over."

He still looks a bit too "laser tag-ish" to me. That chest plate needs to go.

I think that we'll see Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. progress in a fashion similar to that of Torchwood.

Iin the Doctor Who universe, Torchwood was a HUGE S.H.I.E.L.D. like organization,[BLACKOUT] but it was crippled by an alien attack.

And afterwards, all that was left was a small team, formed and lead by Jack Harkness, that operated as the sole unit of Torchwood.[/BLACKOUT]

I could definitely see them taking that approach with Coulson's team on AOS, with them [BLACKOUT]being the new, and sole unit of S.H.I.E.L.D, until the organization at large is revived.[/BLACKOUT]
