Really, I mainly see him as being a mob boss. Silvermane sounds good (without the cyborg body). Or just invent someone new and let Pacino improv.

But for real? Mordo, Dormammu, Nightmare, Peter Quill's father, the voice of Ego the Living Plant (was suggested by someone else), mo-cap Beta Ray Bill, Surtur...

Or cast him at Al Pacino and have him join the Avengers. He can scream at everything.
