It's funny, I thought Arrow's Deadshot was lame at first, but as the show went on, he became a lot more like the comic book Deadshot I know and love and now I think he's awesome. Still waiting on that Suicide Squad spin-off show announcement CW!

tbh, i don't to see a Suicide Squad spinoff set in the Arrow universe. I want to see a GL spinoff WAY more

Granted that WB is playing all their cards close to their chest with DC but wouldn't they have to actually introduce Green Lantern (which ever one) into the series first before going off and giving him a spin off? Are the even half way credible rumors that GL IS being considered for show on the CW?

None. Just assumptions. Supergirl is currently the next step into getting an eventual GL show, but that's quite a long ways away.

My only problem with that is I don't know if CW could pull off GL with the budgets they have to work with. I think he'd be best left for guest appearances between their two shows. Suicide Squad on the other hand would be very much doable. If CW ever does introduce Hal/GL, they better get Ackles for it.

Even this Supergirl show isn't going to be on CW, right? I have a hard time thinking that CW is going to have like 3-4 connected Universe tv shows on any way.

Around the time Arrow and Flash premiered this season the CW president said there had been talks about a third hero. At that point CW already passed on Supergirl.

They've ramped up the Coast City and Ferris Easter eggs just like they ramped up the references to the Flash world before they introduced him . GL will be next I think

I think people underestimate one of the major reasons arrow works on tv. Budget and scale and the angle at which they explore his cinema all work. I fear the flash show for all it has going for it will soon feel this difference, not so different to the smallville situation. The arrow fights for instance come at the problem from so many different angles and don't hold back anything for anyone...with the flash and certainly with something GL, I suppose we'll see.

It's one of the reasons something like buffy or even star trek tng worked so well in this regard, the premise can be mostly pushed to it's limits without any limits. Off screen ship battles and hand to hand action. I can see cap being fully realized on tv in a way I simply can't for IM or Thor. But that being said fans seem to be happy so what do I know.

I absolutely do not think GL would work on CW, his visual effects are even more complicated than Flash's. I don't see that happening.

There is a reason Flash had a show even in the early 90's and GL did not.
