Sorry man. At this point you might want to just skip this altogether. No gonna lie, not really liking demented Bruce Wayne.
New TV spot that was just released. Not liking the characterisation I'm seeing.

It has a comic precedent, though.![]()
The first guy is flying and about to project fire from his eyes.
The second is brandishing a gun.
The differences are astronomical.
I don't see how the characterization is off to you? Can you detail that a bit?

JMC made up his mind about this film a long time ago. But he still has to remind us on occasion.
He's angry, sure, but I wouldn't call him demented.
I can't see what would be off about Bruce in this situation to you.Unhinged would probably have been a better word.
This isn't just public Bruce, this is the real Bruce that is angry and basically Batman being what he does, can personify that anger as Bruce as well in this situation. Seems like a perfect choice. Not the same, obviously.
Anyway, "demented" is probably a bit much, but I guess Affleck's coming across a little too intense for him.

Exactly! You have a difference of opinion around here and your head gets bitten off. But If you don't mind me asking, what didn't you like? What, you couldn't have asked that question before posting that gif?

Since when has jmc liked anything? lol it's his shtick at this point.

I'll put it this way - the angrier an interpretation of Batman gets the less likeable the character is to me.
