I wouldn't be mad, but would definitely be disappointed, given that I like the Orwellian nature of OMAC project, that it has the potential to tie many elements quite nicely and is much more interesting than having Doomsday or Bizarro as physical villains, at least to me.

I say we all dress up as OMACs and take to the streets!

1. I wouldn't be mad, it's just a fan theory. WB/DC has a great catalogue of world-threatening villains such as Darkseid, Braniac, Amazo, Gog etc.
Or maybe Snyder and Terrio specifically created an original villain for BvS.
As long as the villain(s) is interesting and fits in the story I'll be satisfied.

If it's some other threat that isn't doomsday, I would be fine if we didn't get OMAC. It would still be pretty disappointing to see all the story potential lost by not utilizing OMAC though. Even if they did something neat with their other choice of a physical threat, part of me would still be bummed out a little.
