Guys, I'm thinking about doing a piece tracing this one by Cliff Chiang. I would draw Lynda Carter on the left in her costume, and Gal on the right with her costume. What do you think? Will see if I can do this on my vacation.

I hate to see any character, male or female, fall victim to the "boring/useless love interest" role. If they're going to use a charismatic actor like Pine, they should put that on display. Like you mentioned, Gal isn't a box office draw, so they're going to need his popularity to market this movie. That doesn't mean he needs to overshadow her, he just needs a bit of badassery and charisma. Showing each of them helping the other at different points in the movie will help make sure neither comes off as the weak one as well. I thought MOS did a decent job with that.

Just Photoshop

I made some rough lines from memory for Gal's costume just to see how it might look and if I could do it just digitally... I think I can.

Don't mind the different tiara, I'll change it later. And I wanted to do the costume without the straps and sword, but I feel something is missing this way... so I'll draw them too.

EDIT: Changed the tiara and did some color tests.

I'll do that, and remove the choker, edit the armband and add the lasso.

I'll problably redo the shadowing and lighting too. I just made this quickly to see if it seemed right (specially with the corset lines).

I've heard that it was a scene with Affleck that convinced them to cast Gal. I'm betting that this was the scene in question:

Supposedly Diana goes undercover as a potential investor in Wayne Enterprises. This is probably the scene where they reveal that they know about the each other's "secret lives." And they'll probably be some flirting as well.
