Aqua - Discussion Thread(Spoilers)

What the heck is Lana wearing in that picture. Thats one weird ass swimsuit... I guess she got tired of the 2 piece.

Lois really doesn't look that good in that picture; no need for so much drooling.

wow.. continuity.

Smallville's really improving. Clark still has a bandage over his "bullet hole".

You know continuity was always there when it fitted into the storyline. However if something didnt have any impact on a current story then there was no need to show it.

Smallville doesnt run like a serial.

Remember at the end of Hidden, Clark said that he would have to cover where he was shot so people wouldnt ask questions, namely Lana as Chloe pointed out.

However, I do think they are covering their continuity bases more this year as that was something the fans were always screaming about.

Wellllll....I'd like to agree with this, but IMHO, they are not quite there yet with the continuity.

Clark was shot in the right upper pectoral area, and the bandage was on his left side under his ribs...That's a very weird trajectory for an exit wound..
 IF they wanted to be better on the continuity, they could have had Clark show the actual impact wound (or lack of it), but then he'd have had to take off his shirt again, and we just can't ruin the flow of the scene...(darn.. :) )

Huh?

Look where his hands are. That would most likely be the point of entry - left lung area.

Seems close enough to me.

The continuity of the bullet hole's position is fine - my problem is how borderline that is for being high enough to hit a lung at all.

Yeah, me too....

You know, I was thinking that any "continuity" problems in regards to placement of the bandage to hide where his scar isn't would be the kind of mistake that Clark would make... ;) :D

I do come up with some good ones, from time to time... ;) :D

Never thought I'ld see the day! Clark Kent taking a bullet.
Can't wait to see "A Fish Story" smallville style.

Any chance we see anymore future JLA members in future episodes? I would guess that Batman and Wonder Woman are out.

I thought that too.. it does seem to be pushing it. But you'd be surprised at how low the lungs can go in someone long bodied like he is. Perhaps the bullet hit a rib and it's course was deviated upwards. Yeah, that works. ;)

Well *I* wouldn't be surprised, but the people who make these shows are supposed to make it easy for the lowest common denominator. Even a complete numbskull should know roughly where the lungs are, but this might make them wonder why his lungs are down near his navel. :p

Gabriel was short, he'd have needed to shoot upwards just to hit Clark's knee. :O

They said they will bring one more hero this season. My guess would be either Martian Man Hunter (desguised as human) or Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) since they don't have movies in development.
Though Green Lantern and Plastic Man (lol) may also be serious contenders since their movies are in development hell.
I would love to see an episode with Swamp Thing.

Geeze. And I thought *I* nitpicked. :p :D

Maybe we should get the Warren Commission in on this one? "Down, and to the left. Down, and to the left..."

LOL ;)

Nitpick? All right ... the phrase was "BACK, and to the left." :p

I think the gilled freak of the week, would've been a cool addition to this episode.

also take into account that some bullets "tumble" through you, they dont stay on a straight line. Found that out during my 2 years of doing crim law
